During the walk-thru, Bill provided me with talking points to go through with the Verizon FIOS technician, who was coming to install wireless internet the following day. A few days later, Bill returned to install two televisions. His staff approached the project as problem solvers, as they carefully hung both televisions (ensuring they were both secure) and thoughtfully and creatively hid all wires behind walls. Further, while making necessary holes in the walls, one technician held a vacuum to ensure that they did not leave a mess. Just a small demonstration of how thoughtfully they treat houses that they work in. Additionally, Bill provided an accurate and fair estimate and was very conscious of costs throughout the project. Bill and his team work very hard, are efficient, and spend the needed time to develop the best plan to wire the space.
