I was very skeptical about going to such a small business with precious information on my computer being in danger ,but I'm not so skeptical anymore. From the start, the staff was very welcoming yet professional. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in. They didn't waste any time and listened to what I had to say about my files. They understood how important these things were and told me they were able to fix it. The young man who greeted me at the counter set up this customer profile for me , taking notes as i go on about what was wrong with my laptop and telling me the price it will be to restore all my data. for the amount of labor, it is generously priced and accounted for. They take credit or cash which was a major relief for someone like me and the amount of time that i had to wait was fair. Overall a wonderful experience for me. Once a year, i bring in my PC to get it cleaned up and loaded with the latest virus and malware protection. The staff there is always polite, professional and very knowledgeable in both the diagnosing and addressing of all issues concerning both hardware and software. They take the time to explain what issues are at hand both to the novice and more experienced. There is never any pressure or subtle messages given. Options are presented and the customer always has intelligent choices to select from. Prices are reasonable and the work is guaranteed. Customers are invited to call for updates and/or they are provided when promised. Even in pinch times, respect and good fellowship abound. I usually don't write reviews but I just had to write one for this computer repair company because of the outstanding service I received from their tech, Oscar, about a week ago. I went to them in a panic because I had lost all of my personal and work documents as well as my pictures from my computer!!! Oscar told me that he would try his best to get all of my data back and he sure didn't disappoint! He did it!! (Phew!) I was so relieved and thankful because honestly, I shuddered at the thought of losing all of my family pictures! Now I will only recommend RSA to my family and friends!! I travel from northern Westchester just to go to RSA Computer in Ardsley for all my computer needs. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to my issue and offer the most cost effective solution. They know both Mac and PC hardware and software. I recently had to transfer all of my data and contacts from my corporate Exchange server to my personal Gmail and iphone/ipad. I was so happy they were able to do it. After having problems with my laptop, I called the manuacturer's customer service, and my machine was a mere 15 days out of warranty and they wouldnt give me a ANY help. Next, I went to GeekSquad, and to make a long story short, they charged me 150 dollars to scratch my computer, install the wrong parts and waste my time not even solving the issue.
