I spoke with Jonathan and told him that I tested the charger with a multimeter and it seemed to have the right voltage. But I told him not to take my word for it because maybe I didn't test it correctly. He took a look at the charge port of the computer to make sure it wasn't physically damaged. The port was fine. He took another charger and plugged it in just to rule out a charger problem; the new charger started charging the computer!??? Out of curiosity, I asked him if I tested the charger incorrectly by telling him how I did it. He said that just because I was getting the correct voltage that didn't mean that it was supplying the right amperage. This may be helpful to others that read this review since many of us use YouTube to try and fix things: I learned how to test my charger by watching a YouTube video by a "computer tech". He showed how to test a laptop charger, and stated that if the voltage is correct, then the charger is fine. He didn't state that the voltage could be fine, but the amperage could be a problem. The lesson here is don't rely on YouTube or assume the worst if you try to fix your computer by watching a video and running a test on it that fails. Just take your computer to a honest and helpful professional like Jonathan. He didn't charge me any fee to take a look at my computer. I just bought a new charger from him and I'm using the computer now to write this review. If I need help with a computer repair in the future then I'll just go back to this shop. Highly recommend that you take your computer there if you're having a problem with it.

However, for my virus covered hard drive, it took about a week and a half, 250$, and an eradication of my previous data. It is completely understandable, however, that they did their job as quickly and efficiently as they could. They asked for my permission to even go through my hard drive prior to their repair - something that warrants a good commendation in the practice of privacy minding. They will not release any of the contents, regardless of the matter. They are confidential in their search to fix an infected PC. Aside from computer repair issues, they boast that they can help with video game consoles - things I have not explored like XBOX's RAMROD Repair or on line connections. It's worth a try to come here than mail in a system or go to an occupied larger company; I'd give my recommendation to that. Adorned in the tiny store are multiple anti viruses and hardware, which I recall were for sale.
