Paid $275 via credit card to book. Brought $220 cash (his requirement) to the appointment. He was late to the appointment, then by the time we got through the questions, he said there was not enough time to take the test before his next test, and he was a "professional" and wouldn't make the next customer wait - even though he made us wait. (He was 10 minutes late. He told me we had 1.5 hours, but the next appointment was scheduled for 1:15 after ours. We still had 40 minutes left and he said that was not enough time for him to put together and administer the test). So he said we would have to rebook and pay a $100 rebooking fee. We were very upset. I'm mad at myself for not reading these review prior. But it actually sounds like we dodged a bullet by not having him do the test since he alters results. Please stay away from this fraud. I called him set up appointment for my wife. I took her there for the test gave him my address and everything he need before the test so he can mail me the results. He knew I was paying for it. Well my wife failed the test he called my wife day later telling her either send me $400 more so I can send test to your husband saying you passed or I am going to send the failed test results. I don't know how him and her agree that she will pay him $125 and he will leave a voice mail saying she passed. I got played. This guy ruins people's lives. Who will do something like that? Blackmail people for more money to show that they passed if they really failed?Please spend the extra money and go somewhere that they will stick to there results no matter what. Called another place to test a employee of mine of some missing items that I was concerned about but ended up going with Will. The price was right and Will explained the process to me. Got half of the money down over the phone which is normal and the balance when I got to the appt. the process is simple, ask the questions and see the reaction. Not rocket science. My employee failed 3 of 4 questions and kept denying but after some pressure finally gave in and told me the truth. Liars will be liars and play Shaggy's "Wasn't me" even when caught red handed. Buyer Beware. First of all the name of the company....an old Yellow Pages naming method to be listed first under a section....knowing a certain percentage of people just call the first listing they see. I was asked to take a private exam. And this was the company that was selected for me. I found the examiner's demeanor to be along the lines of a control freak. He did not seem to like my questions regarding his contract that said I would receive the test results report (I was not paying him, so I was not his client). He walked through the control and real test questions prior to the actual test. Test itself was OK. I have since learned that his format of question types is faulty. You should be setting a baseline for what my body does when I lie. But this was not done. Every question was supposed to be truthful....So - it was reported that all 4 questions I was tested on showed deception. Weird thing is....I did not lie about any of those, and I purposely lied about one of the control questions, which was reported as being truthful...smoke and mirrors...snake oil....stay away. I followed up this exam with another by Copper Star. That service was much more professional, more detailed, oh - and I passed that one....hmmmm. read more

Recently had my girlfriend tested. I was most interested in finding out if she'd cheated on me, but there had to be 4 questions so I threw in a couple others. She passed all questions except the one asking if she'd taken any money from me. When Will called with the results, which I shared with her, she was very upset when I told her she'd shown deception in regard to the "taking money" question. She said there wasn't any way to explain that this question could affect the outcome or to offer a detailed explanation before or during the test so that really upset her. I'd recently borrowed $2 from her as I'd forgotten my wallet. With my permission, she took the $2 I owed her from my wallet. This was on her mind and she thinks that caused the negative test result. These things are NOT foolproof and just the thought of being interrogated in such a manner causes a lot of stress so you need to know more about the circumstances before you pass judgment. read more

My partner accused me of lying about a situation and I was tired of the insecurity and trust issues. I was a victim of incessant lying, deceit and cheating that permeated every aspect of my life. I'm not a psychotherapist and it took me several years to figure out that my partner was accusing me of the very things that my partner was guilty of. Denying everything was my partners method of defense. My partner demanded proof when I confronted my partner with my partners indiscretions. I have no idea why I felt compelled to prove my partner wrong because my partner would deny it anyway. I invited my partner to participate in the process to insure that my partner could not claim that I was untruthful. I was absolutely truthful with my partner and with the owner/examiner of AAA Affordable Polygraph. Trying to trump a polygraph is a ridiculous thought that I would never consider. The examiner seemed quite professional and very much the "down to business" type. He interviewed us and my partner was putting on a performance which was honed and perfected over a lifetime of deceit. I believe that this may have had a bearing on the results. I was astonished when the results stated that I failed on each of the four questions. Not inconclusive...I failed. Needless to say, I was outraged. I was certain of vindication because I was 100% truthful in every aspect of the effort. I simply could not believe it. How could this happen? I then performed a bit of research on this individual, the examiner and his business. I learned that there were others with similar experiences. I read several reviews. Its impossible for me to know which one of these personal accounts were accurate. A few of the reviews stated that the examiner was deliberately failing individuals in an attempt to get more money from them when they were retested to prove their innocence. The damage was done. I spent $300 on the test that their was no amount of money/effort that would make my partner believe me. It was a life lesson for me. It doesn't matter what others believe. Be true to yourself and remove yourself from situations and relationships that do not have trust as the foundation upon which everything is built, for without it everything will crumble as it did in my case. In my opinion...THIS MAN IS A FRAUD without regard for the lives he is destroying. Ironic when you think about it. The man that is responsible for defining truth is deceitful. read more

On April 2019 I went in for an infidelity polygraph test to prove my husband, I never cheated on him before. My husband decided to take the test with me. The fee was paid for $495 for both, and a waste of money. Prior to going to take the test, he called to go over the questions, I felt intimidated when he was asking for the questions. He had an unfriendly tone and brief, like he was rushing the whole process. Come to think that when we arrived to the AAA Affordable Polygraph in Scottsdale, AZ. He did not have an actual office (red flag). I thought that he had his actual office, instead he rents a room to take the test. Will first took our drivers license & told me to make sure my cell phone was off. He proceeded to ask me and my husband the 4 questions before he connected us to anything. He wanted us to understand and know what questions he was going to ask and that I we were comfortable with them. Then he connected my husband to whatever he needed to put on my husband to start the test. I waited for my turn outside the room. When it was my turn one of the instructions was to remain still. He proceeded with the same questions he asked prior to connecting me. He asked 4 questions twice while being connected. I left thinking that I passed the test and I would finally have peace in my marriage. Will called with the results and said that I did not pass the test and my husband has passed the test. When I walked out of his office, I felt so confident and was finally happy that my husband's mind would feel at ease. I told the truth on all 4 questions. My husband had mixed emotions and started to tell me that he will do whatever he wants from now on. I told him that I told the truth, and did not believe the lie detector test results. We are still together as of now, but I feel sorry for the people that actually got divorced for a lie detector test results. I do not recommend this guy. I really advice couples therapy instead of going for a test that it is not accurate. I wish that I could of have done my research before going to a polygraph test. Will is there to get money from people. He does not mention to clients that the test results are not 100 percent accurate. I do not recommend a polygraph test unless is done in an actual police station. My money went down the drain.....Beware, he only wants good reviews for clients that pass the test. First he said he would send me an e mail to his place never got it and told him he made a big deal about having to send it a second time still not receiving it he did not believe me I found his place without and directions simply an address. Came here for a polygraph and the guy told me he would read my results to my husband and that he would send us an email of my results yet when i asked for the email he claimed that he told me that it would be 50 more to have the results emailed to me as well. he said that the amount of time it took to read my husband the test results takes the same amount of time to email me the questions and that simnce i chose for him to read the results to my husband( which took ten minutes) that it would be another 50 for the email...... crap! read more
