Just finished contracting and using Arizona Painting Company LLC to paint my house exterior. No overspray anywhere. Would have been done in 3 days, but bagged one day when it was too windy. Appreciated that. House looks outstanding and I have no complaints at all. Clean-up was done perfectly as well. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They also wash windows

I hired Arizona Painting to paint and seal my commercial building. I had been experiencing water…read moreleaks in the front section of the building. Before contacting them, I spent $46,000 redoing the roof, thinking that was the cause. When the leaks continued, it was determined that the block walls were absorbing water and leaking through to the interior. I was referred to Arizona Painting and met with their sales representative. I made it very clear that my main goal was to stop the leaks, and I requested extra care be taken on the front portion of the building. The sales rep assured me that, after applying their sealer and paint, the building would not leak. However, after the job was completed, the building leaked again. I called the office four times with no return calls. Only after contacting Rosie on the House, who had referred me, did I receive a prompt response. Within minutes, the office called and said their commercial manager would review the job. The commercial manager did call but never followed up as promised. I reached out to him twice with no response. Again, after contacting Rosie on the House, the office quickly called to schedule a visit. When the commercial manager finally came out, he told me it wasn't his problem and that since the contract didn't specifically state the walls would not leak, they were not responsible. His attitude was dismissive, showing no empathy or concern. I asked to speak with the sales rep, but I was told he no longer works there -- which was telling. I reached out to Rosie on the House once more, and they arranged a visit from the owner. Unfortunately, the owner took the same stance -- no responsibility, no care, and no solutions. It's now been over two weeks with no further communication. The owner's final statement to me was: "I'm sorry the sales guy told you the paint and sealer would stop the leaks, but the contract doesn't say that." If the owner doesn't care, it's no surprise that the employees don't either. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability, communication, and integrity from this company. Clearly after spending 46k on the roof and having leaks still, the sales guy for Arizona painting was well aware that I had major concerns about the water leaking. Its the reason I had the building sealed and painted. The owner has no care or integrity of what his sales guy say or do. Review the pics. The top cap for the wall never painted and I paid for the that. The exterior doors were never fully painted and I paid for that. The paint was so poor applied you can see the old paint. This was all pointed out by an inspector. The ROC is now handling this.

Harris & Sons Tree Specialist - Image of stump that was removed

Harris & Sons Tree Specialist

I hired Harris & Sons in February to remove a sussoo tree from my backyard. Before the work began,…read moreI explained that my landscaping company wanted the entire tree, including the stump, removed. Harris & Sons told me the stump did not need to be removed and assured me that poisoning it would kill both the stump and the roots. Trusting their professional expertise, I followed their recommendation. When my landscaping project began, my landscapers immediately told me they could not properly install artificial turf over the stump because as it rotted, the ground would settle and create uneven spots in the new lawn. They also discovered the stump was still alive and that roots had already begun spreading into another area of my yard. I called Harris & Sons, and they returned on June 27 to retreat the stump and roots. They told me to wait one week before continuing with landscaping. When my landscapers resumed work on July 3rd they determined the stump still had to be removed before they could complete the project correctly. I had no choice but to pay an additional $675 to have the stump removed so the project could move forward. When I contacted Harris & Sons about reimbursing me for the additional expense, they refused. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or trying to find a reasonable solution, they sent me a Google article claiming stump removal is not always necessary. That completely missed the point. From the very beginning, I told them my landscaping company wanted the stump removed. They advised me otherwise, and I trusted their professional recommendation. In the end, the stump still had to be removed, and I was left paying two companies for the same job. As a widow and single mom, I rely on professionals to give honest, informed advice. I trusted their recommendation, and it ended up costing me more money. What disappointed me most was not just the extra expense but the complete lack of accountability. Rather than listening to a legitimate customer concern and trying to make things right, they dismissed my experience and refused to take any responsibility. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Harris & Sons. If a customer clearly tells them what is needed, I would expect them to either perform the requested work or clearly explain why they will not, rather than assuring the customer it is unnecessary only to have them pay someone else to do it later.

I can tell you from experience that very few earn the level of trust and confidence that ASAP Restoration & Construction has earned from me and our organization. I've personally worked with ASAP for nearly 20 years across a wide range of commercial and residential properties. Their team has handled everything from emergency water losses and mitigation to mold remediation, asbestos abatement, environmental testing, reconstruction, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. When you manage a large property portfolio, a restoration contractor isn't simply a vendor. You need a company that understands urgency, protects the asset, communicates with management, treats tenants and occupants professionally, and follows through when the situation becomes complicated. ASAP has consistently proven that they can handle those responsibilities. What separates them from many companies in this industry is integrity. They don't use high-pressure sales tactics, make unnecessary promises, or put short-term profit ahead of the customer. They take the time to explain the situation, provide practical solutions, and do the work properly. Their professionalism, licensing, insurance, trained workforce, and years of experience are particularly important when you're responsible for someone else's property and reputation. We've trusted ASAP with significant projects where the cost of making the wrong decision could have been substantial. I've also had the opportunity to work directly with the owner. He leads the company from the front, stays involved, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work and the customer experience. That kind of leadership matters, especially in an industry where accountability can sometimes be difficult to find. After nearly two decades of working with ASAP, I have no hesitation recommending them to property owners, property managers, businesses, and homeowners throughout Arizona. If you're dealing with a major loss or construction project, choose your contractor carefully. Look beyond the sales pitch and ask about experience, licensing, insurance, staffing, reputation, and how they handle difficult situations. Based on my experience, ASAP Restoration & Construction checks those boxes. They have earned our trust over many years, and in property management, trust is one of the most valuable things a contractor can earn. Congratulations to the entire ASAP team on the continued growth of the Phoenix operation. You've earned this five-star review.
