They're a family-owned, local small business, and the owner, Jordon, is actually out there on the job, hustling every single day making sure everything is going smoothly. If you have a question, you just ask Jordon. He gives you his cell number and tells you to call or text him anytime if you have questions, comments, or concerns. Direct access to the owner, that kind of service is pretty rare these days. The salesperson was very professional, but I'm certain we paid way more than if we'd have chosen a company that would have taken at least 2 days, minimum, so we could at least have a clue as to what occurred under the tile. Glad it's done but disappointed at not knowing or seeing what they did under the tile. Oh and I never received a detail estimate of labor and materials or tax charged. Disappointed that we didn't take our time with this purchase.
