This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. They had two fencing companies who I lined up to do estimates and then I also picked two off of Yelp. Aldo Fabrication was not one of the PORA recommendations and was the lowest bid by far... and I initially had concerns thinking if I went with them, I might suffer from the old adage "you get what you pay for". That's not to say it wasn't expensive, because it was, but the other three were quite a bit higher. My contact was Jessica. I had two ideas for how to place the fence in my backyard. She completely understood my vision and measured accurately for each idea. She let me know that they would be super careful about utilities and have a locator come out to make sure we were safe. I was also concerned about my sprinkler lines because I do not have a plat showing where any they are. She assured me they would use care when placing posts. Jessica and every who worked on my fence at Aldo Fabrication did everything as promised in a very timely manner. The fence is beautiful and sturdy and they obviously did not cut any corners at all. Both gates swing open easily and latch securely. After the fence was installed, all weld marks and caps were painted and scratches were touched up. There is just nowhere that could've been improved upon. I'm literally blown away how the other three companies I requested estimates from are charging one and a half times what Aldo Fabrication charged to build this fence. Aldo request requested half of the cost of the fence upfront and the other half at completion and upon my complete satisfaction. They also offered a discount for cash. Finally, my neighbors remarked how the fence builders were as quiet and unobtrusive as possible. I found them to be very friendly and polite. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile.
