I've…read morebeen to several events here & despite the overly gentrified & unoriginal "modern" decor, there is truly just something "off" about this place. The owner Todd seems to be quite arrogant & has been witnessed being rude to patrons before with his elitist attitude. The flow of the vendor spaces inside feels competitive between each other & the overall quality of the products sold seem a bit sketchy. Plus there is very little variety available. Gummies, tinctures & candy, a few cheap body care products & that's about it. The salon is nice but seems like an afterthought, as does the coffee bar. It's hard to explain, the vibes in the place are just off & the owner doesn't even seem to enjoy the people that come in. It's bizarre. There is a cannabis consumption lounge during certain events but since this is a CBD store, with no card required to enter, I'm not sure how they regulate the consumption area with no card holders being their main source of patrons. Like I said, it's a hot mess. Feels in genuine & fake.

Their customer service was top tier from start to finish, and their pricing was the most fair by far. Galen truly goes above and beyond for his clients in every capacity. He treats you like family and puts an incredible level of care into every detail of his work. That kind of professionalism and dedication is hard to find. I would absolutely recommend Pacific Mist to anyone in the market for misters. Not only are they reasonably priced, but the level of care and pride they put into the job is next level. Sidenote, if you're looking for a pool Fence please stay away from A SAFE POOL! Horrible customer care and job. Those 5 star reviews are hands down paid in my opinion.

Our initial call was to Customer Service. Their procedures were clearly explained and, based on our list unwanted items, an initial estimate was given. On day of removal, we received a call giving their arrival time. The guys who came were hard-working and pleasant. They made an effort to pack the truck in a compact manner, reducing the cost from the original estimate. The JunkLuggers donates items, if possible, and will provide a donation receipt if a customer wants. We would use them again and rate this business 5 stars.
