That alone shows something shady is going on behind that counter. When I suggested they count money back to customers (which should be basic customer service), they didn't like that at all. The attitude I got was unbelievable. And when I returned to get the rest of my money, the same employee wouldn't even look me in the eye and actually yelled my first name across the store before I could even walk up to the counter. That's not professional behavior--that employee looked nervous and was mumbling her words to me, which I didn't understand her. This place has gone downhill FAST. The vibe and area is sketchy, the transaction practices feel off, and the staff--including the manager with all the piercings--acts like customers are an inconvenience instead of the reason they have jobs. I genuinely USED to like going here, but certain employees make you feel unwanted, uncomfortable, and disrespected. And that's exactly how you lose loyal customers. Save yourself the frustration.
