Axel provided a very reasonable estimate up front for concrete demo and removal. After they started the job and it became clear that the slab was 6" thick instead of the 3-4" they quoted, they let me know and did their best to fit as much as they could in the initial load. Needless to say, the additional thickness required a lot more work to break up and an additional load to haul off. Axel provided a reasonable estimate for the added work and got he job taken care of quickly. I'd work with this team again!

TL, DR: Great communication. Arrived inside their promised window. Very friendly. Excellent…read morepricing. Full review: I'm a maker/artist and a DIY-er. I've done a lot of furniture building and renovations over the years, which has left me with chunky yard-hogging garbage piles in my back yard more than once. Each time one happens, I've called a junk company. I've had a mixed bag of experiences. The last company I tried to hire stood me up, so I was glad when Randy called to tell me they were ten minutes away. When the two-man team got to my house, they looked at the pile, gave me a flat price which was lower than the no-show company had quoted. Randy didn't know that as I didn't tell him he was my backup plan. His rates are legit based on what he sees, not what he thinks he can get from someone. I really appreciate that. They made short work of a huge pile of boxes, old fixtures, dead lamps, yard debris, and more. They weren't here longer than 25 minutes, if that. Very friendly. Very professional. I am keeping Xpress Junk bookmarked. I know I'll need to have another load hauled eventually, and I wouldn't go with anyone else now that I've found them. Truly the best junk company I've worked with in the past 10 years.

What a joke! When you call in, they love to say, "How can we…read moremake your life better?" -- but they do the complete opposite. I booked them for a move that never happened because my apartment fell through at the last minute. I called right away to let them know and explained that I'd need to reschedule once I found a new place. They said, "No problem," so I didn't ask for a refund -- I just planned to use the service later. A few weeks later, I found a new apartment and called back to schedule the move again. The person on the phone made me go through the entire booking process from scratch, even though I explained it was already on file. Then, while we were still on the call, I received an email saying my service was canceled. Why didn't he tell me that? That was their sneaky way of keeping my deposit and making me pay all over again. None of that was ever explained to me. Don't waste your time with a company that clearly doesn't understand what "making your life better" means.
