I've…read morebeen to several events here & despite the overly gentrified & unoriginal "modern" decor, there is truly just something "off" about this place. The owner Todd seems to be quite arrogant & has been witnessed being rude to patrons before with his elitist attitude. The flow of the vendor spaces inside feels competitive between each other & the overall quality of the products sold seem a bit sketchy. Plus there is very little variety available. Gummies, tinctures & candy, a few cheap body care products & that's about it. The salon is nice but seems like an afterthought, as does the coffee bar. It's hard to explain, the vibes in the place are just off & the owner doesn't even seem to enjoy the people that come in. It's bizarre. There is a cannabis consumption lounge during certain events but since this is a CBD store, with no card required to enter, I'm not sure how they regulate the consumption area with no card holders being their main source of patrons. Like I said, it's a hot mess. Feels in genuine & fake.

I will say, she did go out of her way to make things right and I truly believe that this was something that happened while she was not there and as the store manager, she was not happy to hear about. Along the walls and all in the internal area. While I'm writing this, a cool trio handed me an e tea breakfast from their haul at Filbertos! They bought a lot of orders apparently! They also have an onsite attendant in a corner office. They sell a ton of softs and fabric softeners and dryer sheets! It looks like $11.99 for the small bottle of liquid detergent so try to stop and buy your own. There's an atm inside too. I also noticed wrap around parking and the back is all shaded! . There's seating areas inside and outside in case you have a lot of laundry. I think it's a great place for quick early morning laundry. It was only $2.50 for the basic washer. I spend close to $200 a month with this business, so I expect my clothing to be handled with care and returned in good condition. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. My clothes have been ruined on multiple occasions, and I have also had issues with items not being pressed properly. Twice now, zippers on my clothing have been broken while being serviced. Most recently, the item had only been worn twice before the zipper was damaged. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering how much I spend with your business on a regular basis. I have continued to give your company my business despite these issues, but this has become a recurring problem. I would appreciate someone addressing this situation and taking responsibility for the damage to my clothing. I would also like to know what can be done to prevent this from happening again. I value good customer service and would like to continue doing business with you, but I need to feel confident that my clothes are being properly cared for. I mfeel it time to move on at this point and can not give a good recommendation.
