The prongs had to changed so they could accommodate the height of the new stone and I was afraid it would change the look of the ring. They did a beautiful job. We then came back in 2017 for our wedding bands, and in 2022 for a second wedding band for me and resizing. Throughout all these years, I have put my rings through the wringer, and they've held up wonderfully! This year my husband and I decided to upgrade my ring, we initially thought to buy a new ring altogether and placed and order, but after some thought, we came back and spoke with Marc, who completely understood the sentimental value of my original ring. He had us sit down and discuss what stone size they could make fit, the quality of stones (they carry natural and lab grown), that they could make my original center of my ring a pendant, and man did they deliver! I will forever be coming back for any of my jewelry needs.

If…read moreGoogle is gonna say you guys are number one in the valley to buy musical instruments you should hold that status close to the vest and train your guys correctly it's sad that my experience would say you guys know nothing in the valley!!! I brought in a $5000 EVH Eddie Van Halen edition signature series, black Floyd Rose fender guitar the guy looks it up and he's mistaking it for the $300 guitar and tells me he's not interested. I tried showing him pictures and that they're selling for 4000 on reverb he didn't get it. He just didn't get it. He didn't see the difference between the 300 and the 5000 for some reason maybe it was close to clocking out I don't know They need to know the difference between the $300 fender and the $5000 fenders just saying. It would've been great for your inventory. But the guy passed on it thinking it was something else and you guys lost good money. I was gonna part with it for 30% of resale value. These guitars sell quick if you have the time to hold it like pawnshop does I didn't but I left 70% on the table for you guys and the guy passed not knowing anything it's sad to see. Your guys need more than a PhD in Google search and when eBay hasn't sold one because they're very rare it doesn't mean it's valueless. It means it's rare and valuable. Guys are eBay knowledge at best hunters and if eBay doesn't educate them or if they don't see it on eBay they know NOTHING its sad. Anyways, if you have valuable high-end musical equipment, do not come to this pawnshop trust me you're gonna watch a guy stared at a eBay screen and if it's valuable enough that ebay hasn't sold One the guy is gonna draw blank and look at you like a deer in the headlights don't come here

My friend and I got permanent bracelets here back in January, and we really loved them…read more Unfortunately, after only 2-3 months, both bracelets fell off during normal day-to-day activities. Because I now live in Washington, DC, and my friend lives in France, we were unable to return to the shop right away. But when we came back yesterday to ask whether a discount or partial refund might be possible, we were told that nothing could be done because we no longer had the broken bracelets. We were also told that while the bracelets are "permanent, they are not indestructible," which seemed like a really odd thing to say. The bracelets were beautiful, but it was super disappointing that they lasted only a few months before coming off through just ordinary wear. Given their marketing of permanent jewelry, we expected them to be more durable, and it honestly just feels like false advertising. The jewelry itself was lovely, but our experience with customer service, the bracelets' longevity, and how we were treated during the resolution process was incredibly disappointing.
