When I arrived at the Nail Salon I was told the wait was 15 minutes. I was then taken in after 30 minutes only to be stopped mid way through service to be told that a customer had a 2pm appt with my manicurist. I stated I had arrived at 145pm but they told me to get up so I walked out. Who stops a manicure half way through??!! Also I don't think equipment was sterilized as he took it out of his drawer. This nail salon is EXCELLENT. For starters, the place is clean and new sterile equipment was used for for each customer. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! Upon walking in I was met with friendly smiles and a bottle of water. I received the lemon pedicure which smelled amazing and came with a half-hour massage. My nail technician was so easy to talk to! I was going to Aa nail salon for a year in a half. I recently had a horrible encounter with Kenny. I simply asked to have my nails soaked in water prior to cutting my cuticles. I always make an appointment. Kenny is more concerned with other clients coming into the salon rather providing good service. He first submerged my nails in cold water instead of warm water to soak my cuticles. I told him that was bad customer service, he says " he does that with all customers". I told him , " it is important to provide good customer service because you never know who the customer is". He told me," he does not care". Unfortunately, that really bothered me, so Aa lost a loyal customer because of Kenny. read more

After waiting 35 minuets, I got the fasted manicure and pedicure ever. Most of the cuticles are still there and I got few bumps caused by the nail polish used. After 40 minuets I got manicure and pedicure and she asked me to sit where there's the fan to dry the nail polish. Really bad experience.. I've been here before last year and it wasn't like this , today since I arrived I had to pick up my color like always and they were not patience with me , I needed time to decide, they should wait. Or figure something out to prevent that with customer , because they don't let you pick , they are in a rush. Then I went to seat to get my toes done and fix one of my nails , but the woman VIvian didn't remove my old red nail polish completely. I DIDNT like it at all. Then they try to fix my nail with acrylic but they just put the acrylic and didn't shape it off , looks like a bump. She didn't remove the cuticle neither. I am sooooooooo disappointed. Be prepared to be spoken to with the attitude of a teenager !! So disappointed. I have been here a few times before and was very happy with service. Today unfortunately I was not. It was obvious the young girl who was was told to handle my mani/pedi was not happy to do so. I wasnt sure if she was overworked or not happy to about the pedicure. She had an attitude from the moment she walked over. I told her I like the water warm. When I put my feet in the water was not hot enough, I very nicely started to ask her to warm the water- before I could finish my sentence, I was responded to with an " I KNOW". It was something I would hear from my 16 year old. The technician next to us heard because she looked at me and her. I let it go, and decided not to get the mani. Came into town for a wedding, went here with a group, made appointments even though it was weekday. Was very rushed and they upcharge for everything! 3 pedicures, 1 manicure and 2 tips was almost $200. Wouldn't mind so much if we weren't rushed. They need to work on their customer service skills. I visited this salon this week and Sky was my technician. My nails were not done properly and the massage was more of a timer exercise than a massage. She showed me the timer was set to 5 minutes and just did a bery (very!) basic massage with no pressure whatsoever, it was redundant! The skin on my heels still feels rough, so very minimal treatment was done there too. I will not be returning for such a poor level of service from a technician who doesn't appear to have been trained properly on the techniques. read more

They put the wrong color polish on my toes while my eyes were closed during my pedicure. they also did not honor my $10 off coupon and I asked for a regular pedicure and they gave me a spa pedicure and charged me $200 and that is not what I wanted or what I ordered. Aa Nails is horrible! Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for my appointment, but then while I was getting my nails done Kenny spoke to me very rudely and while I was tipping questioned the amount i was giving him, pressuring me to give more. Not only was the customer service bad, but the nails themself were bad. I am writing this in the salon the day after because two of my nails are messed up less than 24 hours later. I want to start off by saying the majority of the employees are wonderful, however one bad person can ruin your entire experience. Wendy was my technician. I was not greeted, and when she sat down she pushed something that then pushed my phone face first onto the ground and never apologized. She simply looked at it on the ground and continued to work. Then after picking my phone I showed her a picture of a design, and very politely asked her if she'd be able to do it, and assured her that if she couldn't, it was perfectly okay. After about a minute of her huffing, puffing, and rolling her eyes, she claimed to think she can do it. The entire appointment she was very aggressive, yanking and tossing my hand, and cut my finger (no apology there either). I went to put my hand into the uv light but accidentally hit the side SLIGHTLY messing up the paint on my one finger. I then, once again very politely brought it to her attention and apologized. She then yanked my hand to look at it, and then not informed, but reprimanded me to be more careful and continued to ramble on about it when it was a simple 5 second touch up. About 5 minutes later, I go to put my hand in the light another time, and with attitude told me again I needed to be careful. I respond with another apology but she continued to say I ruined my nails and mumbled a bunch of other things I couldn't understand. I then said it was an accident (which i shouldn't even have to clarify) and she proceeded to grab the finger that she had to fix, put it in front of my face, and said "that is not an accident. that is not careful". I was completely embarrassed at the way she was reprimanding as if I were her child so just kept quiet for the rest of the appointment. Once it was finished I went up to pay, and instead of handing me my money, she tossed it on the counter and walked away. I put into consideration that everyone has bad days and she very well could've been having one, but it was the constant disrespect that I received throughout the entire appointment leads me to believe that's just who she is! read more

they seem to not care about their customers but more about the money. I did not enjoy my experience there however I was satisfied with the end results. The only reason I came here was for the ANC powder nails. While working on my nails the man was rude and didn't ask for what I wanted and when I told him what I wanted he grunted because he wanted to do whatever he thought was easiest. He was lazy and rushed. When I told him I wanted to take my acrylics off and just do powder over my natural nails he told acrylics are better for me, just so I could spend more money. He also told me that I needed to get my eyebrows done with him after he finished my nails and I did not appreciate that. While taking off my acrylics, he cut my natural nail making it bleed and just continued putting the powder over it. At that point, I was ready to walk out but I stayed because this is one of the few places that offer the ANC powder. When he gave me my change of $10, he gave me one $5 bill and 5 singles so I could tip him more. He seemed to not care about what I wanted for my nails, only the money I would spend there. read more

So I came across this nail place because a close friend of mine gets hers done here and I've always liked the way her nails look. But unfortunately I had a way different experience today. If I could give 0 stars I would. I did a walk in and had the owner of the salon did my nails. First of all he CUT my fingers so many times and kept pinching the skin around my nails even after I informed him that I had some cuts around my nails so it hurts when he does that . After making my finger nails bleed for a good 10 minutes he started putting on my acrylic powder .. when he put the powder on I told him it looks a little thick and I stated THREE times before he started that I want my nails to look very thin and natural. He told me that once he filed and shaped them they would look thinner. He rushed the whole process and didn't even take another 5 minutes of his sweet time to apply the nail polish. He passed it down to another worker there who put my nail polish on so poorly. My nails came out very thick and clumpy looking. I was not satisfied AT ALL. Definitely will not be spending my money here ever again. read more
