It was a standard brown wooden door with a normal kwikset knob. They asked me if it was an emergency, I said "no I can wait a few days" they asked where I was located & I told them & then they said " oh someone is near you, we can send them to you now if you want" I said "okay, I'll be here but it's not a rush. How much will it cost" then they said "we'll send them out to take a look since we can't assess over the phone - kid arrived. Maybe 23 years old & started going at the door. I honestly felt like he wasn't super experienced just based on the questions he was asking. Still no discussion of pricing. After 15 mins he said he can't unlock it & will have to drill. I said okay well ho much is that- he said let me call it in & I'll come back. Then came back & drilled the door, & I mentioned several times how I could have just waited. He finally got it open after he drilled my door know which I could have done on my own. Cut his finger in this process. I then thanked him & offered him water. He said he would be back to do the paper work. I said okay & he came back and told me it would be $560!!! They charged me $100 for a rush charge when I said "no rush & this is not an emergency & I can wait 2 days" then when I laughed at the cost because that is the price of my rent, he said I didn't stop him at any point. This as highly unprofessional. Before he started any work he couldn't give me any estimates, he had to call. Then he called, came back & just started working. I asked several times and no answer. I had to split it on two cards because I didn't even have that money. I will NEVER use this company or service again. Honestly you're better off just drilling your own door

Since I'd used this business' services before, I called them yet again and could get an appointment within 24 hours of the call. When my wife and our young kids found themselves accidentally locked out of our home late in the afternoon, I got a call from my wife. She was seriously concerned about getting back inside as a storm was rolling in. Meanwhile, I was out of state at the time and making calls to local locksmiths to see who could come and help. The first one I contacted was an utter disaster. I went through a local locksmith dispatch, who then assigned a complete imbecile to us. The guy got aggressive with my wife on the phone because he drove to the wrong address (his fault) and had to turn around. Things were definitely deteriorating fast, and the kids were exhausted and crying. Meanwhile, it was nearing closing time, and I looked at other options leading to the same dispatch service. No good. I saw "Unlock My Door" and figured it was worth a shot. The owner answered, and let me tell you how much confidence speaking to an empathetic owner right before closing instills: 100%. Noureddine told me he was going to load up and head straight out. His dedication to customer service was beyond compare. He drove out to our location, despite it being after business hours, to ensure our family could get back inside our home safely. He and his wife were incredibly polite, empathetic, and professional throughout the process. It was evident that he genuinely cared about our well-being, and he made sure to handle the situation with the utmost urgency. Not only was he a true gentleman, but he was also highly skilled and efficient in unlocking our door. Within minutes, my family was able to get back into the safety of our home, all thanks to his quick thinking and impressive expertise. "Unlock My Door" truly went above and beyond in its commitment to providing exceptional customer service. In today's world, it is rare to find a company willing to go the extra mile, but this one stands out as a shining example of what it means to put customers first. I wholeheartedly recommend "Unlock My Door" to anyone needing locksmith services. Their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer care set them apart. Thank you again for taking such exceptional care of my family.

I'm sure you're familiar with the little rubbery things you can put on keys to distinguish them from other keys, yes? Well, this one looked like a LOLLIPOP! It was adorable so I impulsively purchased it. Worst. idea. ever. Flash forward to today - I get home from an afternoon of running around and as I'm about to unlock my front door I realize my lollipop-clad key has disappeared! I check my purse, my car, my yard - nothing. I call every establishment where I had stopped - nothing. After a few choice words directed at my no-longer-so-adorable, totally-crappily-made key holder I suck it up and call Advanced Lock Solutions. I was immediately impressed when the locksmith showed up at my house within 30 minutes (on a Sunday, no less) and diligently went to work trying to break in. Eventually we got into my house and he started examining my lock. Turns out, my lock wasn't that well constructed and neither was the key that was supposed to unlock it! Upon discovering this, he fixed my lock, rekeyed it and made me three brand new keys ALL FOR FREE. What a bargain! On top of it all, he could not have been nicer. I know I'll be calling them back should I ever get locked out of my house or need my locks rekeyed after dumping a crazy boyfriend (not that I'm speaking from experience there. I swear.). p.s. If you find my lollipop key please run it over with your car or something. I'm still bitter.
