Decided to try this spot after visiting a pop up. Food was good. I didn't like the sauce with the bread which was $7. I thought it was complimentary but it's fine. Food was good. The nonalcoholic drink was good but very small for not having alcohol in it. $14. Love the cook in front of you. Service was good but wasn't a fan of the auto 22%. I felt awkward changing it to 20%. So I didn't. Other than that the ambiance was cool

WOW...this pasta is another level! My husband took me here for lunch and I LOVED it! Such a different experience to sit by the bar and see how they make your dish. We decided to share the tagliatelle al Tartufo the pipe rigate alla norma. The tagliatelle might be pricier but it was worth every penny. The amount of truffle they serve is so generous. The pasta with eggplant was also delicious. The pasta is cooked to perfection and the quantities are big. All the chefs and servers were great, very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is clean and elegant.

This was a fun spot for a group dinner. Dress in layers as this time of year it gets super toasty inside from the kitchen and the heat. We started off with a. Few drinks and the meatballs. So tender and delicious. I ordered the cacio e pepe and it was delicious and the perfect portion. It was also easy to split our bill and the service was exceptional.

I have been wanting to come to this place for the longest I've spoken to friends and others about it and couldn't wait to take my fiancè here for date night. I found parking right in front and was sure to make a reservation prior so that we wouldn't have any problems jic they were busy. We sat at the bar which to me is the best seats to have. It was intimate and beautiful setting watching them make every dish. There is a small bar on the other side of the bar that is shared with the kitchen area, I couldn't wait to get started. To begin we started with an espresso martini and an unknown caller which is a spicy martini they were both good. For appetizer we ordered the truffle pizza which I must say is worth every single penny, It was an eye catching moment when they started grating the truffle on the pizza everyone around the bar couldn't help but watch the massive amount that was shredded on top. As far as taste goes it was fantastic looked as amazing by as it tasted we both enjoyed it such a good way to start off. For our second drink we ordered a White Russian and an espresso martini which we both enjoyed also I do have to say the White Russian was so delicious. Now to the entrees we chose the Mezzi Rigatoni Al Ragu bolognese which he did enjoy he said it had good flavor but also did wish he had more, the Tagliatelle All'Astice lobster pasta which I thought was good I did want to trade out the pasta however we were unable to so I stuck with it I do think the pasta was harder than my liking so I did not enjoy it as much as I would have liked. Lastly the Tonnarelli Cacio E Pepe which we both thought was mid we could have done without it, there was nothing special about this dish. For Dessert we had the Homemade Tiramisu which was his favorite he enjoyed it! This was the perfect way to end dinner. We had an amazing time here enjoying the view and one another's company I would say it was an experience. Unfortunately this was my last night with the love of my life he passed away the next day and this will forever my last memory of us together.

Great prices for a tasting menu. Service was prompt, Didn't have reservations but was seated by chefs table. Food & drinks delicious, truffle pasta was my favorite however desserts were underwhelming.

Came here a few times over the past few years, and previously loved it. This time, i don't know if they changed their chef or just had a bad day, but it was WAY off from what I remembered. We started with a salmon carpaccio, which if you're Italian, you know doesn't go with cheese but it came with a hefty amount of Parmesan (and not even the real stuff, it was pregrated, dry, tasted like Kraft). I tried to be optimistic because my cousins were there and I didn't want them to feel disappointed. They ordered the tasting menu and were satisfied with 3 out of the 5 dishes they received. I ordered a pasta alla Norma, the sauce was no where to be found, the pomodoro served tableside (it was not tableside it just came in a pot and they removed the top? Also was supposed to be with parmaggiano, again they just sprinkled Kraft on top? And it was way undercooked more than al dente. AND there were maybe 8 pieces of paccheri in the dish? Overall not happy with that one). And my brother got thee raviolo al uovo, which when I had it the first time it was a delectable dish paired with white truffles, it was rich and creamy and didn't make you feel heavy. My brothers I took one bite of it and it felt like premade Alfredo sauce not at all the same what I remembered. I will say that we did enjoy the bread and taralli with ricotta for starters. The atmosphere was also cool but I don't think I'd return again. Each time I'm slightly more disappointed.

It smells really good here and it is always busy but the pasta is just okay in my opinion. Nothing spectacular. Perhaps I didn't get the right thing but the service was great. I sat outside with my pup and the ice server even brought some water out for my dog. So sweet!

We came here on a Friday night to celebrate a special occasion. This place is decently popular so I would recommend having a reservation rather than attempting to walk in. The restaurant is very soho trendy, with music playing and nice decor. The chefs counter allows you to fully view the kitchen working and dishing out pastas. We started with the chefs salad, which was so good! It was shaved cucumber over avocado, and while it was unconventional it was so delicious. We also ordered the cacio e Pepe and the raviolo with an egg yolk and truffle. The cacio e Pepe was a favorite for us, and it was fun watching them make it. Next time I would like to try the seafood option since it looked and smelled great. For dessert we had their pistachio gelato. It was fine but nothing special. Overall, I really enjoyed my time but likely will not be going back. The prices were high even by NYC standards and I know I can get better plates of pasta elsewhere. I'm glad I tried it for a special occasion, it was worth going once!

Very cute space overall. The servers were also very friendly. I had the Cacio e Pepe - unfortunately, the noodles were extremely al dente and were honestly pretty hard to chew. While I do appreciate that it's fresh, handmade pasta, I think it could be cooked longer so that I'm not eating hard pasta. I did like that the as it was thick and clung onto the noodles well. I know NYC is expensive, but I feel like this place is especially overpriced. Considering this is handmade pasta, I don't think the price matched the quality and taste of the food.

Ambiance - intimate, great for dates and small groups Service - our plates were quickly refreshed with each pasta that came out, our main waiter took quite a while to take our order for dessert as well as giving us our bill Food - if you are like me & don't know what to get I would recommend the pasta tasting! Pasta was cooked to perfection, uovo In Raviolo was my abs favorite

I don't even know where to begin with how amazing this restaurant was! The place is very small and intimate. I highly recommend getting a seat at the chefs counter if you can. Watching them crank out the pasta dishes non stop adds to the appeal. We started with the homemade burrata appetizer that also had pistachios in it and I can never eat burrata any other way ever again. My friend and I did the pasta tasting and it was easily the best pasta I've had in my life. I always thought I hated cacio e pepe but turns out, I LOVED the one here! The truffle pasta was also a close second. Service was great and attentive though the pasta courses did feel a little rushed as they came out just as we were finishing up one dish. Overall great experience and worth the hype!

Food was solid, although a bit pricey for what it was. Made a reservation and it was canceled (got a message around 1 to confirm by 3, and my reservation was canceled by 330) but called and luckily they were able to reinstate it for a similar time, but it did throw our day for a bit of a tizzy. I'd rather have them default to collecting a deposit vs canceling in case I can't get to my phone in time. Pasta was good but pricey for what it was. They kicked us out quite abruptly and we had order d a bottle of wine. I totally get that they need their table, but would have appreciated them letting us know 15 min in advance or offer us a spot at the bar (even if it's standing room) to finish up our drink. Music was a little loud, but good, but it just made it a little harder to converse. Maybe wait until after the dinner rush is over to turn up the music and turn it into a club. Food was good but pricey. Loved the way they presented the pasta though. It was pre-rolled and drenched in sauce. Highly recommend the fettucini or cacio e Pepe. Nice experience overall.

This has been an incredibly interesting experience, we're on the website. I personally thought that this restaurant was going to be incredibly intimate experience between the chefs, and the customers, but upon arriving I realised that there is a huge sense of energy, and liveliness through all the dynamic customers in the incredibly focused and hard-working chefs and other employees. I've ordered their truffled pasta, and I have to say it is one of the best I've had in New York City, especially considering the price where we've been given a generous portion of both truffles and pasta, which is rare.would highly recommend

Tucked into the Financial District, this spot blends old New York history with some of the best cocktails in the city--and it's easy to see why it's been named "World's Best Bar" more than once. The name itself has a wild backstory, inspired by a notorious 19th-century Irish-American gang from Five Points. It adds a layer of character to the place, but what really keeps people coming back is the atmosphere and the drinks. The space is split into two levels: a two lively, sawdust-floored Taprooms downstairs and a more refined Parlor upstairs if you're in the mood for a quieter, cocktail-focused experience. Drinks are the real highlight here. The Irish Coffee is widely considered one of the best in the world--rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced with whiskey, coffee, and fresh cream. They also get creative with variations like a frozen version and even an Irish Coffee martini. If you want something different, the "Act Naturally" is a standout, mixing Irish whiskey with Guinness and fig in a way that works. Food is just as impressive for a bar. The lobster deviled eggs (topped with caviar) are a must-try, and the menu leans into elevated comfort food. Overall, The Dead Rabbit nails the balance between historic charm and modern cocktail excellence. The D.R. is one of those places that is never boring and consistently delivers.

After walking back & forth a few times, we saw another group walking towards the door & they confirmed the place. We walked inside the front door pressed a "doorbell" & lo & behold we gained entry after the previous group went inside. Definitely an incognito entrance. Once inside that door there is someone to greet you, & take your information. There is a forest/ grass/ jungle-looking foyer/ hallway we walked down to get to the next door. This included Popcorn, Tater Tots, Devilled Eggs Rangoon Dip, etc. We ordered some cocktails served in unique tiki mugs & a bucket of popcorn to munch on w/ our drinks. The popcorn is flavored w/ Sea Buckthorn & Browm Butter, which gave it an special flavor profile. Our cocktails were well-prepared & nice & strong. The wall paper and art around the restaurant is cool and there are some monkey statues around the restaurant. I was seated in a corner table in a booth area that seemed to be for at least 2-3 people. I thought for sure they would seat me at the bar area. I had a wonderful waitress whose name I think was Taylor but I could be wrong. I ordered the Monkey bread to start off with. It's a very buttery bread with truffle and parm cheese on top. I have alot of allergies and I was searching online if I could even have truffles as I have a nut allergy. So, I asked the waitress and she said she had never heard this. But, she came back to me and told me that White truffle grows near or like over where Almonds grow from but that, they don't use white truffle so I was all good. Well, this was super nice of her to check for me. I had no idea she was going to do this. She said the restaurant has strict protocols when it comes to food allergies. We started with drinks, and mine ended up being a surprise standout. I ordered the coconut margarita, slightly hesitant since I'm not usually a margarita fan--but it completely won me over. It struck a perfect balance and leaned just enough into the coconut to make it feel unique without being overpowering. My sister-in-law, who's pregnant, had a non-alcoholic Ritual margarita and loved it, noting how convincingly it mimicked the real thing. Since we were sharing, we got to try a good mix of the menu. The monkey bread came first--definitely a splurge at $34, but it's one of those fun, indulgent starters that's worth ordering at least once. While I wouldn't call it the best bread I've ever had, I also wouldn't change anything about it. The crab rangoon was another highlight. Having it made with real crab made a noticeable difference, and the dipping sauces complemented it really well. It felt like a more elevated take on something familiar. For mains, the French dip was a hit. The meat was incredibly tender, the bread had that ideal crusty exterior, and the au jus was packed with flavor--I was very glad I ordered extra. It pulled the whole dish together. We also tried the smoked whitefish Caesar, which was the only dish that didn't quite land for me. It was a well-made, fresh salad, but the smoked fish flavor was a bit overpowering and took over the balance of the dish. Even though we were too full for dessert, the restaurant surprised us with a scoop of strawberry ice cream with chocolate sauce to celebrate my sister-in-law's babymoon. It ended up being one of the most memorable bites of the meal--we're still talking about how good that ice cream was. We arrived right at 11:45, and by the time we left, the place was absolutely buzzing. It's clearly a popular spot, and for good reason. Between the lively atmosphere, strong service, and well-executed food, I'd highly recommend making a reservation if you can.

Our friends raved about this place and we of course were excited (and a bit skeptical at first) to try it. The concept: no menu + no lights + a few questions = the ultimate cocktail experience. The speakeasy vibe and the dark ambiance really makes this place feel even more exclusive. With just a few tables and the bar setting, you're in for an experience you won't forget (unless you answer the wrong questions and really end up with a drink you don't like HA). This wasn't my case. Of course I described my two favorite things: Negroni + mezcal. The obvious answer would be a mezcal Negroni, but that's not why one comes to a place like Attaboy. Our amazing curator came by to ask us all a few questions, write down a few words in the napkins, and mix up the perfect drink that our master bartender crafts, curates and creates. My drink came as I couldn't possibly imagine. It looked like a Negroni smelled like Oaxaca, with all the smoke simmering up and preparing my sensory experience, leading to the best first sip. Ladies and gentleman, I introduce you to The Devil's Backbone. A perfectly balanced drink I'll never forget, one that is sipped slowly and enjoyed thoroughly. It's sexy, it's smoky it's sipped. Attaboy gave the best mixology experience and we can't wait to be back. Pro tip: be sure to be as vocal as possible, even with ice, so you don't end up with a tiki drink if that's not your vibe.

I only said I wanted something "floral" and I got the best water lily drink curated for me - never had anything like it. Others in my group asked for "something spicy", "something smoky, nutty, and creamy" and something "refreshing". We were all extremely impressed. Our bartender was Steven and he was awesome! He even chatted with us for a bit after to tell us more about attaboy. I'm rounding up to 5 stars but I will say our experience with the "bouncer" was a bit unpleasant. He called us to let us know our table was ready but we missed the call (our fault). We returned the call immediately and got there within a couple minutes anyway. We were ready to patiently wait for the next availability but were met with some attitude and unnecessary comments from him during the waiting experience. Regardless, we had a great time inside to make up for this. Highly recommend, but just be sure to make a reservation or be on alert and on time when getting off the waitlist.

I didn't know what to expect but I loved the Broadway show and I'm always down for immersive events. So I arrived at the Press Room and saw that there was a bar with a couple of tables surrounding it. It seems to be where the kitchen is for all the wonderful food that Alamo provides during the in-dining movie experience. I had to approach the bartender to find out where exactly this party was and he instructed me to look beyond the large curtain to the side just as if I were searching for the Wizard of Oz. As I tugged myself behind the curtain, I walked into a decent-sized room and with balloons and the words, "Welcome to Emerald City" in the front of the room with a DJ playing today's hits and of course, songs from the Wizard Broadway show. At first, I thought this was going to be a dance party but soon realized that it was going to be a craft party instead. There was a station for making your own broom, one to make a friendship bracelet, and another one for letter writing along with sealed wax to use on the envelope with different stamps. I sipped away an Old-Fashioned in my souvenir Wicked cup while singing along to the Wicked soundtrack and making a friendship bracelet for my daughter. This experience was relaxing and joyful so now I know my type of party consists of a craft night. Close to the end of the night, I participated in a Wicked costume contest. I lost but nevertheless, I had a good time. Ended the night with an order of burger before heading home to show off my creations. I can't wait to check out their other events and come here again!
