The first few days of work went well, but after that scheduling and communication became spotty from them, they had to redo some parts that were not well planned out, and ultimately parts of the work never got completed before they moved on to bigger jobs (but they had been paid).

And doing my own research it really looked like it was a solenoid that needed to be replaced. Another business wanted to not only replace the entire valve but dig a huge hole in my front yard and cut pipe and were going to charge me $300 for the parts and another $338 per hour for the labor with tax it came to $739.35!!!! I got a second estimate and William came out quickly, was friendly and punctual, and was able to simply replace the solenoid from Home Depot for a grand total of $77 including labor. he even helped me figure out the zone five drip line.

Back in Oct, William was abled to hand-pull all the weeds in my backyard and mow my lawn in preparation for the winter. He had made sure there's no grass clippings leftover as I was allergic to Bermuda grass so his service was helpful for my health. Initially, did an amazing job and was going to be my go-to lawn guy once the grass is growing again the Spring. Recently for the Spring, I asked him for the same service, weed removal (expecting hand-pulled like last time), lawn mowing, and pre-emergent weed treatments. Total cost was $170 but I gave him $200 especially for gas prices and he had to go pick up supplies. Well, he weed whacked everything instead and it splatter all over the white painted sidings of the new house. He offered to pressure wash and clean the sidings from the mess he created. He also offered to put down additional weed treatment to help control the weeds. He was late for the original Spring service (after I asked him to push the service an hour later). He was a no-show on Saturday to cleaning up weed clippings splattered over the sidings. I had to call him multiple times and he said his customer unexpectedly requested mulch installation and said he can come by at 8am on Sunday. Today, He was a no-show today. I had to call him and he woke up at 10am. He was still a no show after multiple calls. Very disappointed. I wasted almost half my day waiting. Lots of excuses. I understand life happens but lack of communication and method of weed removal was the final straw. Off to continue to find my go-to lawn service person. Initial service in Oct 2025 was 5/5. Follow-up Mar 2026 service 2/5. Do not recommend.

I texted them and the owner, Jose, responded that they're a little late because of traffic conditions due to the rain. After over 30 minutes of waiting, we decided to stop waiting and went about our day, having lost time we could've used to do something...like work. About 20 minutes after we left the house, we received a call from one of the workers who told us he was just informed of the scheduled appointment and was apologetic for missing it. Bad business lying to customers about being late for a scheduled meeting they had no intention of being there for. Beware of unreliable and untruthful businesses.
