They broke the latch on the trunk so it could not close properly. Like a final punch, they installed an aftermarket window that makes it appear there are 2 vehicles instead of one when you look in the rear view mirror. When we asked them to fix their mistakes they said the car needed to go to a body shop. Zero responsibility taken. Would never use Safelite and would never recommend.
