We still had hundreds of miles to go, what else can you do on a motorcycle ride other than drive and listen to music?? Stopped by the local Harley dealership and they quickly referred me to this place and once I arrived I see why. Upon arriving and letting the technician know my issue fully expecting them to say they were swamped and wouldn't be able to look at my bike they instead said no problem let's take a look! The guys were incredibly knowledgeable about what we wanted (something extra loud of course) and hooked me up right then and there! If this were in Indianapolis we would have had to wait for weeks just to get an appointment to LOOK at the speakers! I appreciated this very much as this was not the reason I said what I did in my review, but it was nice to know that my dissatisfaction was recognized. My experience this time around was MUCH more pleasant. They were very communicative over the time frame in which my car would be completed and they were willing to work with me when I was late to drop off and to pick up my car. The detailing itself was worlds better than my previous experience here. I had bugs stuck to my bumper, and dog hair was everywhere as we have 3 dogs we tote around often. My car isn't by any means a wreck but it does get messy, but when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car (and smelled like it too). Ziebart focused on the details this time around...as one would expect really. My floor mats were waxed, the outside was sparkling, I think they even shampooed the carpet in my trunk, and not a surface had any dog hair on it. This business feels renewed, and I can't believe that I'm this impressed by the same business that a few years ago, majorly disappointed me. If you've been here in the past and written them off, give them another chance. I was pleasantly surprised this time around.

I went to Capital Tint and Graphics to have my 2022 Tesla Model 3 tinted. When scheduling the…read moreappointment over the phone I was told that I would be able to drop off and pick up the same day. Upon dropping the vehicle off and confirming that I would be able to pick the vehicle up later that day I was told "Yeah, that's not going to happen." Therefore I had to leave my vehicle over night. I went to pick up my vehicle the following morning and immediately discovered numerous imperfections (large bubbles, debris trapped under tint, sunlight gaps where the tint wasn't cut properly, etc.). I asked to speak with someone in regard to the imperfections and the associate that tinted the vehicle looked over the vehicle with me. He immediately acknowledged the imperfections and advised me that he would get me in to replace the tint that needed to be replaced, thus needing to make a second appointment. I made the second appointment but soon came to the realization that I could not bring my vehicle back and except it to be done correctly. I contacted the shop and requested a refund at which time I was told the would not issue a refund without removing the tint. I kept my second appointment scheduled, they remove the tint, and issued the refund. I then went to a new tint shop where a pre-tint inspection occurred. During said inspection, it was discovered that when Capital Tint and Graphics removed the tint that they installed, they peeled my rear window defroster off of my rear glass, thus damaging the entire rear glass. I again contacted them and advised them of the discovery at which time I was told to obtain quotes to have the rear glass replaced. I obtained a quote from my local Tesla Service Center ($1,100) and Safelite ($800). I advised Capital Tint of the quotes and my desire to use my local Tesla Service Center and was immediately met with confrontation. I was advised they would write me a check for $850 and nothing more. Furthermore, I was advised that if I didn't take the check for $850, they would take their chances of me taking them to small claims court. I ultimately decided to cut my losses and took the check for $850. I cannot in good faith recommend this business to anyone. This experience demonstrated their utter incompetence and unprofessionalism. Stay far away from this business.

Car was not done at the time he said it would be and had to make multiple trips to pick it up. Windshield as still not done and had to come later on the weekend to get that done. Noticed ALOT of bubbles and dirt in the tint, even tint peeling and told him it needed to be fixed and sent pictures along . He agreed to fix for a later date but never confirmed so I went to the location and the front desk lady said come back Tuesday. Tuesday I find a ride and get there just to be given my money back because he "didn't think he could do it to my standards ". All I wanted was a clean tint job with no bubbles or hair in it, not much to ask for. He didn't even have the decency to tell me this earlier or to my face and made the front desk do that and then they threatened me to not leave a bad review since they gave me my money back. Not sure if he didn't want to redo the tint due to me being a person of color as I think I was treated really poorly and my car wasn't taken care of either(believe his heat gun melted my door hands leather as this mark wasn't that and it's a brand new car) Do not go here. Lack of respect, professionalism and the worst of all- doesn't know how to tint. Waste of my time

A piece blew off not even 24 hrs after job. I would not recommend them at all. Cost me 80.00. Where it should have cost me half of that. Took my car to capital tech for a leaking water pump. James did this work on his own time which…read moreinvolved changing the water pump as well as the timing chains and tensioners. About 2 weeks later the car developed an oil leak from the area of the crankshaft seal and or the timing cover as well as the front valve cover gasket, all of which he had to change. I paid James 900 dollars cash and I supplied the parts needed to do the job. Now after 2 weeks of text messages and 2 or 3 phone calls to my place of employment, James said he has not forgot about me. I have now taken the vehicle to another mechanic for the repairs. This review is not about Capital Tech itself but the mechanic. I am expecting these repairs to cost another 300 to 500 dollars on top of the almost 1600 parts and labor already spent.
