Kenta Bond, the owner of this shop is a man of high integrity. He also is a master of customer service. I call him a dinosaur because, even though he is a rather young person, he provides "old time" customer service. His pricing is extremely competitive - better than many - and he truly cares about his customers. The other day he stayed late to make sure my car repair was complete. It was not a simple repair. The car needed an axle. The parts supply house was very late getting him the needed part so Mr. Bond actually got in his car and went to the supply house and picked up the part himself. That pushed the repair completion time back. However, Mr. Bond stayed about an hour past usual closing time to get the job done for me. He does high quality work and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Please help support this small local business. He needs the support far more than the big chain repair shops in the area and his price markups are far less than theirs!

They do what it takes to fix things right. Number two reason: Reliable. They fix things. They don't sort of fix things. I have sometimes thought that the price of something was too high and went elsewhere and regretted it. Others quick fixes don't last and in the end Harry and Eric's team has always been right. Number three reason: Quality. They fix things. They fix them right the first time. They tell you the options. You can trust their diagnosis. I have an example. When Gochee's does break jobs they alway replace the disks and rotors (ok I don't know if it is always, but for me, they always... and to be honest I may be a little hard on the petals). This is more expensive, but it is the right way. You can't cost effectively machine rotors anymore and replacing just the pads is a short term fix that leads to performance / break life issues. So Gochee's seems expensive but it isn't. It is fair and right. So what is your time and aggregation worth. Do you want a quality job done right? What is it worth to get an estimate that expresses the true cost to fix your issue... not sort of fix it.. for now, worth? Again. Call them they get it right.

I went to this place because my grandmother was coming here for years prior and I wanted to keep business local. I thought they would treat me right. Big mistake. I believe this place used to be better but has gone down hill after talking to other people who come here. I went in assuming I had a brake issue. Was grinding as if pads wore down on rotars. They said brakes were fine and I needed a new axle. Immediately out of the parking lot still grinding. I go back the next day, leave my car there, they claim they cannot find anything related to the grinding. They said they cleaned off the rear brakes which is a joke of a response the issue was in the front. I go back a third day and ride with Harry. He heard the grinding sound. They still couldn't find the issue. They claimed to clean of the breaks and check out the wheels. I was told 2 days in a row Jay drove after the "work" of cleaning off the brakes and he heard no grinding. Yet as soon as I drove in the parking lot there was grinding. I told them I live 5 minute walk away. I want to come see it on the lift. They claimed they didnt have time to call me down multiple days in a row so I could look because they are so busy. I took my car to two other places. Was obvious the wheel bearings were bad causing the grinding. On top of this, the axle Gochees put in was leaking transmission fluid and moving. Other shops were happy to let me come see the issue in the garage while on lift unlike Gochees. From talking to mechanics its very unlikely I needed the axle, but this i will never truly know. So on top of putting in a part wrong that i probably did not need... and not catching the leak the part they put in 2 days i brought it in after the part was replaced... Somehow Gochees couldnt find something as basic as wheel bearing 3 days in a row? On top of this I asked Harry multiple times if it was safe to drive a long distance. He said fine with a safe.... with bad wheel bearings!! I really do not think Gochees even checked my vehicle the next days. How do you miss a leaking axle on top of wheel bearings? Either super incompetent or extremely careless to their customers. Harry offered to replace the axle leaking trans fluid that was put in incorrectly. I will not even allow this. A place that cannot identify bad wheel bearings, puts in parts incorrectly, and tells me an unsafe vehicle is safe will NOT touch my vehicle. I said they can pay for a competent shop to put it in. They refused. They refused to refund me for labor as well for the part they put in incorrectly. I am certainly not trusting this place to touch my vehicle again. One positive is they did not just randomly start putting parts on my car claiming to fix the grinding after the axle... but thats a pretty low bar for a positive. Harry seemed nice and willing to take the time to listen to my needs but for no answers.

I was able to get off the exit and brought to this location as it was the closest. They threw the car on the jack, replaced the bolts, and sent me on my way in less than 10 mins, for no cost. Their job is to sell additional services, but I never felt any pressure to say yes. Keep an eye on your maintenance records. Here's the secret. Go after 4:00 pm and the line is short to nonexistent and I think the guys are ready to go home so perhaps they work a little quicker? Idk. Use the coupons they send you or you can find them online. I personally find that if you talk to the techs like they're people, they're friendly. Shocker for some people I know. I also don't want to discredit reviewers who complain about poor/bad service because I'm sure it's happened. If I have one complaint. They do ask for too much for new cabin filters so learn to do that on your own. But at least they show me when I need to replace it.
