We still had hundreds of miles to go, what else can you do on a motorcycle ride other than drive and listen to music?? Stopped by the local Harley dealership and they quickly referred me to this place and once I arrived I see why. Upon arriving and letting the technician know my issue fully expecting them to say they were swamped and wouldn't be able to look at my bike they instead said no problem let's take a look! The guys were incredibly knowledgeable about what we wanted (something extra loud of course) and hooked me up right then and there! If this were in Indianapolis we would have had to wait for weeks just to get an appointment to LOOK at the speakers! We are incredibly thankful that they recognized that this was a need and got us taken care of! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! You may hear us coming down the road soon!

He checked my jeep and spent time diagnosing. He filled the jeep up with coolant, then gave me an extra jug for the ride. The best part besides his care and attentiveness, he refused to take any money, not a dime! He just wanted me to get home safe to nyc. If you want an honest, caring mechanic Ali is your man. Very unexpected to have this kind of experience, not only was my Jeep fixed but so was my outlook on humanity.

Tint King is nestled amongst the various shops on "Car Row" on Central Ave. in Albany, where a variety of shops offer maintenance and aftermarket services. This neighborhood is key to the Car Culture scene in Capitaland and the surrounding Hudson Valley & Berkshires, where dealerships, kwik lubes, audio, rims, and tint all meet in one convenient area. It's no surprise that Reddit's most recommended local shop would be here, and I eagerly made an appointment after trading in a leaky Camaro 2SS for a new S650 Mustang GT. What is a (welcome) surprise is that an independent shop like this would have such a professional presence, with a posh waiting and reception area that clearly has benefited from a designer's touch. Staff are friendly, informative, and professional, and it's clear the business-side of things is well managed. Very straightforward to walk in, review options for every budget and taste, and also refreshing awareness of the "scene" and the politics of tint enforcement. Great counsel in the right, no-hassle-from-the-man option for me. All fine and well, but what about the shop? Adrian's work area is immaculate, as proper shops usually are, with tools and materials readily available for the master's hand. The shop adjoins the waiting area, so you never feel isolated from your vehicle by a fluorescent labyrinth of dealership hallways, and you can hear the work proceeding efficiently. End result is expertly applied tint, and a quality product that won't peel, crack, or fade; one gets the sense that if it did, Adrian would take it personally and make it right. Treat Adrian and staff well, and be sure to keep appointments and confirm the text reminders you receive to prevent any misunderstandings. They run a tight ship, what you would want from a quality installer. After visiting the shop, only one thing left to say: Hail to the King.
