They threw in a hand exterior wash for no cost, and without going over my timetable. I, meanwhile, relaxed at Stewart's across the way. The $125 fee was lower than I'd seen a few other places charge, and the owner refused to take any share of the generous tip I offered after such great service. This money was better spent for my mental health and overall happiness than a therapy session would have been. And, yes, the big scary-looking dog barks, but get permission to connect and you'll see that he was really asking to be petted. A real sweetheart, he made me laugh out loud with cute antics.

LAST TIME CUSTOER!…read more Just paid $45 for a car wash only to come home and do the job myself. Display, cup holders, console, dash and anything in the vicinity was not cleaned. Wipe marks were visibe but nothing was actually cleaned. Side view mirrors and door hardware were not cleaned either. Added bonus: the employees standing around the car talking while they could have been cleaning the car ... especially the one standing next to the floor mat cleaner expectoratng every few seconds. My experience this time around was MUCH more pleasant. They were very communicative over the time frame in which my car would be completed and they were willing to work with me when I was late to drop off and to pick up my car. The detailing itself was worlds better than my previous experience here. I had bugs stuck to my bumper, and dog hair was everywhere as we have 3 dogs we tote around often. My car isn't by any means a wreck but it does get messy, but when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car (and smelled like it too). Ziebart focused on the details this time around...as one would expect really. My floor mats were waxed, the outside was sparkling, I think they even shampooed the carpet in my trunk, and not a surface had any dog hair on it. This business feels renewed, and I can't believe that I'm this impressed by the same business that a few years ago, majorly disappointed me.
