My experience this time around was MUCH more pleasant. They were very communicative over the time frame in which my car would be completed and they were willing to work with me when I was late to drop off and to pick up my car. The detailing itself was worlds better than my previous experience here. I had bugs stuck to my bumper, and dog hair was everywhere as we have 3 dogs we tote around often. My car isn't by any means a wreck but it does get messy, but when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car (and smelled like it too). Ziebart focused on the details this time around...as one would expect really. My floor mats were waxed, the outside was sparkling, I think they even shampooed the carpet in my trunk, and not a surface had any dog hair on it. This business feels renewed, and I can't believe that I'm this impressed by the same business that a few years ago, majorly disappointed me. Nick had to deal with the Christmas bags that left their shiny green glitter all over ...And worse (as in thank goodness it's been cold the last week), 4 deer ran in front of me last week while i was transporting 3 full containers of zupa de toscano soup (the sausage soup from Olive Garden).......it went alllllllll over the back of my car, along with some spills from a few food vendors.
