I brought my truck into The Works Auto Center because the paint was looking super dull and covered in annoying swirl marks from automatic car washes. Honestly, they did an incredible job. I went with their paint correction and full detail, and when I picked it up, I was blown away it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. They got out all the fine scratches, and the paint has this crazy deep shine to it now. They clearly didn't noticed before. If you need a deep detail, paint correction, or actual bodywork done right, do yourself a favor and come here. These guys take serious pride in what they do, and I'll definitely be back. read more

I needed window tint for photosensitivity due to SLE. I chose the works auto center based on reviews and I am very happy with that choice. They got me in very quickly and I couldn't be happier with the result. I am AMAZED at the difference in how my skin feels as a result of the sun protection from the tint. The difference is astounding. No more rashes and flares from riding in the car. The windows look fabulous, very clean. 10/10 would reccomend. read more

What a great job they did on my 2025 Genesis GV-80 with matte finish. I never owned a car with a matte finish. A little nervous about all the dos and don'ts. They recommended a ceramic coat. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to apply within one day. Didn't wash for two weeks. Which was hard with all the tree sap and bird crap on the car. When the time came, I sprayed with only water. Everything slid right off. The car looked spotless. Very happy that I took their recommendation. I recommend them and a ceramic coating without hesitation. read more

This place sucks and I do not understand the hype. They couldnt get my phone number right and kept texting a family member (also customer). I wanted to reschedule the follow up apt due to rain. Had to wait another two weeks. On follow up apt they didn't even wash my car, and I caught the guy revving the crap out of my new car read more

Something ran a fairly shallow body length scratch down my jeep. They buffed it 99%out. Quickly, did a great job for a fair price. But they need to fix their coffee game. Espresso only, no sweetener. Excellent work. read more

Cory is the BEST!! Went above and beyond on my PPF application. Would absolutely recommend The Works Auto Center

When I got my model 3 I was pretty disappointed that it already had paint scratches and some paint chips. After doing my research, I needed to get it wrapped in PFF [Paint Protection Film] and ceramic coated. This is the best place in the area to do that. I would highly recommend getting your car wrapped in PFF and coated, especially if you own a Tesla. Thanks to Shelby for scheduling me within a week, I thought I would have to wait a couple of months. At other places, the wait time is a couple of months. Kory explained the overall PFF process and answered all of my questions. Kory is an expert in detailing and is very passionate about his work. Kory and the crew brought my model 3 to life. They made the overall process is simple and easy. Great overall experience. Thanks to Korey, Shelby, and the Works Auto Center crew. Highly recommended! read more

Waited a minute to post a review about this place to make sure that I was not overreacting but after visiting multiple shops to either correct The Works horrendous job or remove what they had done and being told no one would touch my car after it being worked on at The Works I had to warn others. I wish I would have seen this prior. I had to trade in my 4 month old 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and take a $5000 loss on top of paying this place $10000 for a job that should have never been accepted. Having my car for almost a month and it looking like it was was unacceptable. To be upset and express my feelings only to be told I was no longer welcome in the shop is beyond poor customer service. For anyone who does not know you do not wrap a white vehicle with black PPF. This is a vinyl only job. Every shop said they did this to take my money as PPF would never cover every part of my vehicle. I am a woman I do not know these things. I went by their suggestion. I was told this would be the best option with a 10 year warranty. I could peel this off with my own hands because it was not put on right even if this was the right product. If I was told my expectations would be that there would be visible white showing I would have walked away. When they tell you to return in 10 days because all of the white showing will all adhere better with the sun it is false. This product retracts. I am 1000% sure that I am not the only customer duped by this company as every shop personnel stated this was not the first time they had heard this type of issue with them and that was IF they did not point out a car in their shop that was in there being fixed from poor work done by The Works. read more

These folks are nothing but awesome. I drove in without even having an appointment, and left in 25 minutes with a 2-page, printed repair estimate. Top shelf place with a cheerful, professional staff. read more

Kory and his team are excellent. One of the few pros in the area that deals with Ceramic Pro coatings. I brought my Model 3 into these guys to get some scratches repaired. They are fast, reasonable, and the quality is excellent. I also happened to see some wrap jobs they were working on while I was there and I was blown away. Some of the best and careful work I'd ever seen. They really know what they're doing. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to keep their car looking its best. read more

I came up from NYC to have Kory put a ceramic coating on my new car. It was extremely helpful to have him explain the different options I had to protect my car. His recommendations were truly genuine and it was clear that he wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need. After a day with Kory and his crew, my car came back looking better than it did the day I picked it up. If you are considering having any detailing work done, go see Kory. You won't regret it! read more

I am ecstatic! I've owned my Honda CR-V for a little over 2 years, and over time it's gotten coated in dog hair and crumbs from kids, etc etc. It's an EXL model so tan leather interior with wood trim and touchscreen and everything is polished to perfection! I dropped it off the night before my appt and left my key in the dropbox, it was ready right on time the next day for exactly the lowest price they quoted and it looks brand new! read more
