What a great job they did on my 2025 Genesis GV-80 with matte finish. I never owned a car with a matte finish. A little nervous about all the dos and don'ts. They recommended a ceramic coat. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to apply within one day. Didn't wash for two weeks. Which was hard with all the tree sap and bird crap on the car. When the time came, I sprayed with only water. Everything slid right off. The car looked spotless. Very happy that I took their recommendation. When I got my model 3 I was pretty disappointed that it already had paint scratches and some paint chips. After doing my research, I needed to get it wrapped in PFF [Paint Protection Film] and ceramic coated. This is the best place in the area to do that. I would highly recommend getting your car wrapped in PFF and coated, especially if you own a Tesla. Thanks to Shelby for scheduling me within a week, I thought I would have to wait a couple of months. At other places, the wait time is a couple of months. Waited a minute to post a review about this place to make sure that I was not overreacting but after visiting multiple shops to either correct The Works horrendous job or remove what they had done and being told no one would touch my car after it being worked on at The Works I had to warn others. I wish I would have seen this prior. I had to trade in my 4 month old 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and take a $5000 loss on top of paying this place $10000 for a job that should have never been accepted. Having my car for almost a month and it looking like it was was unacceptable. To be upset and express my feelings only to be told I was no longer welcome in the shop is beyond poor customer service. For anyone who does not know you do not wrap a white vehicle with black PPF. This is a vinyl only job. Every shop said they did this to take my money as PPF would never cover every part of my vehicle. I am a woman I do not know these things. I went by their suggestion. I was told this would be the best option with a 10 year warranty. I could peel this off with my own hands because it was not put on right even if this was the right product. If I was told my expectations would be that there would be visible white showing I would have walked away. When they tell you to return in 10 days because all of the white showing will all adhere better with the sun it is false. This product retracts. I am 1000% sure that I am not the only customer duped by this company as every shop personnel stated this was not the first time they had heard this type of issue with them and that was IF they did not point out a car in their shop that was in there being fixed from poor work done by The Works. read more
