The interior clean was satisfactory but took longer than in the past. Is it challenging to get workers or is the company unwilling to hire more? Probably the former. The exterior clean is not as good here in CP as it is at the Hoffman on Troy Schenectady Road since it is a newer location. Also, the course and length of wash time are longer on Troy-Sch Road.

Soap scum stays on the top of the windows; you have to roll them down and remove it by hand. Even more annoying, as a visitor to the area I saw the vacuums and assumed that would be included, but no. It's expensive. I would skip these folks and pay a little more for a place that actually has free vacuuming usage and better equipment. I complained after I made the purchase that the vacuums weren't free and there's been no warning (they're conveniently placed where you can't see you'll be charged until you're right next to them). The man at the desk said what he could do was cancel my "membership" after the first month. Not refund my money. Annoying.
