The exterior clean is not as good here in CP as it is at the Hoffman on Troy Schenectady Road since it is a newer location. Also, the course and length of wash time are longer on Troy-Sch Road.

When I discussed with the Assistant Manager and Customer Service and gave me the runaround of all the reasons why my tire damage couldn't have happened on their property.
