The interior clean was satisfactory but took longer than in the past. Is it challenging to get workers or is the company unwilling to hire more? Probably the former. The exterior clean is not as good here in CP as it is at the Hoffman on Troy Schenectady Road since it is a newer location. Also, the course and length of wash time are longer on Troy-Sch Road.

The force of the touch-less water pressure, did a good fine job. The blower dried the car sufficiently. I used a towel for the interior door jamb area & inside door edges. I think what helps is when driving into the bay for "pre-wash", go slow as possible and when exit light go on while blow dryer is running, also exit slowly, which the signs tell you to do for best results. It works well and enclosed cleaning is a plus. During these frigid cold winter months, no hand washing for me.
