There is more, I was told they cannot calibrate car warning system at home and I would have drive to store (Safelite ads all say they can calibrate at customer premises). I believe this was the Queensbury, NY location. I gave up and called a locally owned company and the new windshield was installed and cameras calibrated. By the way, at the same locally owned place a man drove all the way fro Glens Falls to the family owned company saying that eh would never deal with Safelite Queensbury
