As of right now, if there was a 1/16 of a star for an option, that's what this company would get! I will NOT recommend them at this point, as I had an out-of-pocket windshield replacement by them in November to now (two months later) having the wIndshield cracked in the upper corner and looking like the entire windshield is going to completely fall out! I gifted the car (2012 Honda Civic) to my 74 year old mother (who lives in Pa) for Christmas as she did not have a vehicle, and now with this windshield issue, she doesn't feel safe driving it, nor will it pass it's next inspection! I contacted Mr. Windshield five days ago with this issue and emailed them pics (per their request) for review. Susan could not tell me how long it would take for them to review the pics but someone would get back to me...I'm still waiting and the car is still sitting in my mother's driveway. Susan also felt that with my verbal explanation of the windshield, without seeing the pics, "a rock must have hit the windshield either on my drive down to Pa to deliver the car, or while my mom was driving it thereafter". Neither is the case and I'm appalled with her quick assumption. I'm posting pics for all of you to see. Unless they send a tech down to Pa to replace their faulty installation or refund my money, this review will remain! (I think five days is long enough to review pics). read more

I am not one to review and I was truthfully somewhat nervous to. I highly DO NOT recommend. The service of replacing my windshield took over 2 hours. The gentleman took out his phone to show me BIBLE VERSUS. He installed my dashcam directly in my eyes and had to go to repair shop to have them move it. It's not worth saving money. My windshield did not leak! It had a chip on the driver side and scratches on the passenger side! Came to my work and replaced it. Next rain water is blowing in my face and leaking behind the dash. When I call them they say my truck had rust. Their is no rust anywhere on this southern truck!! IMO the tech botched the install and put rust on the bill to cover his ass! I was 100 feet away, if it had rust he should have told me. Called them three times and they were going to get back to me! Never did!! Scammers!! read more

Had a great experience with the Clifton Park office. Had a small crack that became a big one and needed to be fixed. Called on Tuesday. Woman in the office was awesome. Super friendly, took my information and had me call insurance company. That's all I had to do. They called and set up an appointment for Thursday. Two days later Eddie showed up on time, with a great attitude and a genuine knowledge of his job. He completed his work in about an hour once I stopped talking his ear off. Even found that the last windshield replacement (before I bought the car) had been done incorrectly and showed me why. Highly recommend this business. read more

Worst repair place ever. Customer service horrible by install tech. Window leaking 3 wks later and to fix it he silicone inside not outside. I'm a nurse but if leaking on outside you would fix the outside not jack up my molding inside to silicone. Really?? I will be following up legally with this! read more

Susie in the office was great. she answered the phone each time I called with a happy and ready to help tone. when I told her I didn't have glass coverage, she gave me a direct number for geico glass coverage to make sure I really didn't. I thought that was really great of her to give me that even though I still didn't. I was going out of town for a long drive and she was able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule, which was greatly appreciated! The tech, RJ, was punctual and very friendly. He replaced my stickers as if they never were removed from the last windshield. He was quick and done in no time with no mess left in my car. I had a great experience but of course I hope my windshield never breaks again but I would do business with them in a heartbeat if it did. Highly recommend! read more

I had a windshield replaced on my Element. It was like brand new when they finished. Tech was pleasant and professional and explained to me why it cracked. They took care of things with State Farm. So I went back for a couple stone star repairs. One was really bad and I didn't think they'd be able to repair it but they did. And because there were two stars and one was small, they gave me a little break on cost. I liked that. read more
