In December I called to have them come out to my house to have them replace my windshield and they no called no showed twice. So I waited a few months and decided to get it done now hoping if I go to the shop things would be better. But nope. Now they just decide to scratch my $60k truck. I mean shit why not it's not theirs why do they care? So after putting in my glass the tech goes to back out apparently using a "spotter" some how spotter does see the stool near the truck nor does the driver and they don't hear my trucks parking assist arm screaming about the object near it and they hit and scratch my bumper....... Fing awesome..... thank you....... this company is a joke. What makes me laugh about this whole thing is that while I am there the manager is interviewing a new employee in the office and I could hear him telling this guy how " this is the big leagues of auto glass we are professionals here" yea sure dude. Professionals at messing up everything they touch. Only reason I went back to this dump is because they excepted my insurance online and it wasn't a fight to get it approved. A friend recommended Roy's auto glass, I found the glass (pulled) at a salvage yard for $75, and called Roy's. They made an appointment 3 days out, called to remind me the day before, installed the glass for $75, quickly and efficiently, and vacuumed all the broken glass and shit out of there. Awesome service. And I'm sure they saved me a bunch of cash. Side note, if your roommate owns a boat be careful where you park or may end up having to call Roy's!
