My mirror was not properly done with the memory function not working as well as a large drip on the side mirror. They left all the trash in my car including the empty tint box and the old mirror along with dirt and debris. When I returned the next time I found my car had 34 extra miles on it as well as unknown damage to my passenger rear wheel & fender as well as a paint chip on my drivers door. Derrick Brown did not address this at all, just listened to me and then ignored what I had said. They ended up replacing the mirror and it did work properly. The turn around for this project was 3 days according to the manager, Bobby and as of today (11-4-24) it has been almost 7 WEEKS and my window is still not tinted after four attempts of me brining my car 1/2 hour each way. They now told me I have to go somewhere else to get the window tinted after I was promised that they would do it. I asked Derrick for money back to cover my costs of time, gas and wear and tear on my car due to the fact that they are unable to comply with the promises that Bobby had made me and Derrick told me "you can take it up with the insurance company for your time". I just turned in a complaint with State Farm as well and the claims specialist told me "they have done many things that they should not have done, we will investigate this."
