Excellent experience ordering and purchasing my new 22 Outback with Kevin Benson. They worked with my schedule to make the drive to take delivery and even picked me up at Carmax where I sold my previous car. When I realized one of the accessories I'd ordered hadn't been factory installed, Kevin made sure the part was in and set me up for service. All good in the hood. And I love my car! Thank you

Great experience! We had Larry with us to help us get our new car. He is very nice and attentive to our needs. We were able to get 0% finance for our car. Also we received personalized card from him after. Very nice guy. Great staffs too! Finance guy was great, sales manager also came by to check on us.

No initials on the brake pads. 5k miles later and rotors are trashed.

DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALER YOUR TIME/MONEY This dealership has the WORST service department I've ever experienced. For five years I've taken my forester there after purchasing at Goldstein, a plan I had and mostly stuck to while paying the vehicle off. Well fool me over and over. Nearly every experience with service was terrible, and in multiple different ways: - I got dropped off after I was called to come pick the car up. Once there I learned the washer took keys home. I had to wait for them to finish a shower and drive back. This took over an hour and a half. I was stranded. - I was encouraged twice to forgo a brake pad replacement so I could have one done on warranty. Next trip back required me to have to rotors replaced because the breaks were so far gone. - Most times I picked the vehicle up it was filthy. So much for free cleanings with every service. - had to replace rotors a second time after the previous trip included an inspection. The inspection certificate from 5k miles before claimed the pads were in great condition. When I showed the inspection receipt to the service guy he claimed they never check all the brakes and 5k miles is enOugh to go from great to worse than terrible - my Subaru has a knocking noise that I hear whenever turning wide left turns (twice or more a day i hear it). They can't find the issue claim they can't hear the loud knocking sound. - when dropping off for the knocking sound I was told about a recall and that I would have to leave the vehicle overnight if I wanted the recall taken care of. When I went to pick up the nnxt day, nothing was done. They didn't have the recall part in stock that they convinced me to leave the car for, they didn't do the oil change, and what's knocking? I will never go back. I will actIvely encourage everyone I know to avoid Goldstein.

The neighborhood has deteriorated over the last 30 years and to be honest, I was reluctant to even drive there. Talk about a step back in time-the 79 yr old owner was sitting right there in a 1970's desk, personally greeting anyone that came through the door. All the paperwork was really to be reviewed and more than satisfactory. The inspection had been done at the closest dealers. The son advised me he would pick up my Brother at his home, later that day. "They" would complete everything at the DMV and my Brother could drive his new car home that day. John was reminiscing about "our" school days-we all attended Vincentian Institute. It says…read moresomething that I went looking for it months later to make sure our great experience was shared! We just purchased a used car from Quail Auto Sales and could not have had a better buying experience! We had been looking for a car for our son for a long time at numerous dealerships. Although there had been cars at other dealerships that we were interested in enough to purchase, we never found sales staff that made us feel comfortable that the information we were given was reliable. For us the car was important; but equally as important was feeling that we had gotten a fair deal and trusting that what we were buying was without hidden issues. This is why we purchased from John and Steve Aidala. Their dealership is locally owned and has been for many years. The Aidala's have been part of the Albany community and pride themselves in maintaining a superior standard of service and fair business practice. We saw the car online on a rainy Saturday 30 minutes prior to Quail Auto Sales closing for that day. My husband called to make sure that they were still open and that the car was on their lot. Their website said they were not open on Sundays and we knew that this Prius was a great find. John answered the phone and my husband asked if he could make it there 10 minutes before closing, could he still look at the car? John told him that the rain would make it difficult to really look at the car and he would be happy to meet him there the next day to show him the car, even though they aren't open on Sunday. Every single interaction after that was the same good customer service, fair dealings and just an over all good feeling purchasing a car from them. I will return again to buy from Quail Auto and have recommended them to friends and family.

Although the assigned person was very pleasant they gave us totally incorrect information about the vehicle warranty and also regarding some of the vehicle features. We did not realize the info we received was bad until we did our own research when we arrived back home. Prior to discovering the bad info we actually put a large deposit on the vehicle. Upon discovering the bad info we were going to call off the purchase but decided to go back to the dealership a few days later to speak to a Sales Manager. We made contact with a Sales Manager by the name of Walter. In short, he was honorable and outstanding! He listened to our issues and corrected the wrong feature info we were given and, more importantly, he agreed to honor the vehicle warranty that the original sales person had told us - as incentive for us to purchase the vehicle. He also assigned us a new Sales Representative by the name of Kia Smith. Kia was absolutely SUPER fantastic! She went over every feature detail, answered all of our related questions, and actually sat in the vehicle with us to demonstrate the features. Walter's high degree of integrity and Kia's truly outgoing personality and depth of knowledge saved the vehicle sale for the dealership. These two individuals are an absolute credit to their employer and we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. This was our second vehicle purchase from this dealership and there will be more (but hopefully not for a while :))

They will not be providing transportation and will be keeping it an undisclosed amount of time. I get it, in a business when you're buying something and you're dealing with five or six different people, there might be a mess up. However, there was literally NOT A SINGLE positive thing or even neutral (it went ok) step in the entire process. *Not counting the last phone call I had where it seemed to go well and I found out it was all a lie and I left my child for nothing to waste my time for their apparent amusement. - Been telling everyone I know. Not that it matters to them, but I was able to prevent one sale when my stepfather was looking for a car so minor victory for me, I guess. -Filing with the State Attorney General for what good that will do and now I have to spend time and effort on small claims court.

I brought the car back the evening before my new appointment, and they didn't even look at it for 24 hours. They are now claiming that the check engine issue couldn't possibly have anything to do with anything they did just a week earlier. They are also now telling me that I need new tires, despite not recommending them just a week ago, which makes me wonder if the tires were even inspected the first time as required by law. For Car two, I arrived for a 7AM appointment. At about 8:30 I was told the car wouldn't be looked at until at least 11:00, and was offered a shuttle to work. OK - fine. I called at 12:30 for an update and was told the car still wasn't looked at. Finally at 3:00 I was told that I needed new tires to pass inspection, and that the car would be done at the end of the day. Unfortunately, the shuttle stopped at 3:00, so I had to take an Uber back. Today I found out that my tread depth was 2/32. Which means that new tires were a good idea, but not required to pass inspection. So I was scammed out of $1000 for new tires, which would have cost significantly less elsewhere.
