I looked up car dealers near me and started my search for a new car. I am a single mom so i definitely had a budget and i sure wasnt going to buy a brand new car so that as soon as i drive off the lot my cars value would decrease anywhere from 5000 to 10000 . So i came upon J&J auto dealership and not only did i get set up with a great car, i also was received with great customer service and an awesome crew. They helped me out with a loaner and i had a brand new car less than 24 hrs later. They did all the paperwork immediately and i was able to drive off with no money down and an awesome monthly payment arrangement. I truly recommend J&J . Ive been buying cars and driving for over 15 years and never recommend a dealership to anyone. J&J truly saved me a great deal of headache. Thank you

I took my car in to my trusted local mechanic of 20 plus years this morning for an alignment, when they went to start the alignment they discover the left rear control arm had a broken bolt, so they couldnt start. I took a look at my warranty and suspension parts like this are covered, or so I thought. After a very rude conversation with service, I was told its not covered because there have "never" been failures of those parts not caused by inferior mechanics. Their final response, "you can bring it in and we will look at it, but we will see tool marks and not cover any repairs". So much for that amazing warranty. We had planned on replacing my wife's Kia with a second outlander in the spring, but after the conversation never again. My Outlander on has 37,500 miles, I am dreading the future.

Let's back up... The week before my purchase, I was involved in a horrific car accident (not my fault) that totaled my previous Crosstrek. The entire situation has been overwhelming, and the thought of going through the process of a new car purchase was not my idea of a good time. Who really wants to go through this when you weren't planning on it. Ya know? However, from the moment I walked into Goldstein Subaru, the team's patience and professionalism made such a difference. After 3 test drives and a trillion questions I purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek sport. My new Subaru, Oscar, is now a fresh start and a new chapter and I have this team at Goldstein Subaru to thank for it. I will continue to be a loyal Subaru customer, and I will recommend Goldstein Subaru to everyone I know. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!

We stopped in about a week or so ago to look at a vehicle…read more We were assigned a sales person. Although the assigned person was very pleasant they gave us totally incorrect information about the vehicle warranty and also regarding some of the vehicle features. We did not realize the info we received was bad until we did our own research when we arrived back home. Prior to discovering the bad info we actually put a large deposit on the vehicle. Upon discovering the bad info we were going to call off the purchase but decided to go back to the dealership a few days later to speak to a Sales Manager. We made contact with a Sales Manager by the name of Walter. In short, he was honorable and outstanding! He listened to our issues and corrected the wrong feature info we were given and, more importantly, he agreed to honor the vehicle warranty that the original sales person had told us - as incentive for us to purchase the vehicle. He also assigned us a new Sales Representative by the name of Kia Smith. Kia was absolutely SUPER fantastic! She went over every feature detail, answered all of our related questions, and actually sat in the vehicle with us to demonstrate the features. Walter's high degree of integrity and Kia's truly outgoing personality and depth of knowledge saved the vehicle sale for the dealership. These two individuals are an absolute credit to their employer and we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. This was our second vehicle purchase from this dealership and there will be more (but hopefully not for a while :))

The service visit took 4+ hours (I had an appointment, so not sure why it took so long) but they did not pass inspection due to a non-working parking brake. The estimate to fix the break was $1,300! I said no thank you and I would address it elsewhere. Turns out nothing was wrong with the parking break other than the cable at the lever/pivot point needed a minor adjustment. That makes my blood boil - so dishonest to try to get a ridiculous amount of money from me for such a minor issue. Shame on that tech - very shady.

The dealer, Jay, was nothing short of wonderful. His honesty and transparency stood out immediately; he took the time to understand our needs and even cautioned us away from certain vehicles that weren't right for us given our circumstances. It's rare to find someone so genuinely invested in their customers, and that was evident throughout the entire process. After the purchase, we ran into a couple minor issues, but Jay was extremely responsive and quick to address each one. He fixed everything on the spot- no questions asked and with zero charges! For what many other dealers would simply take a half measure or turn off a code, Jay replaced the part. It really made us feel valued and reassured. We now stop and say hello to Jay every time we are passing the shop. Funny enough- we have run into people that we know at his shop, all doing the same thing. What other used car dealer has clients that randomly show up and are treated like family?! HIGHLY recommend JBR to anyone looking for a vehicle, thank you Jay!

Every time I called them about issues I got excuses and was told the owner was out. Every time and then when I would drop in after being told by his mom he wasn't there even after he made an appointment with me, he would either be there or shortly show up. Not a good experience. Going elsewhere now. I'm getting texts now because I guess some examples are needed. From day one the car was missing a headrest and was told it would be taken care of. I went months with nothing and then I told the owner I went to VW dealer and it would cost over $500 to replace. Told that to the owner who said that's not how we deal with it. We go to eBay. Those didn't even match. Also I bought the vehicle with Michelin tires because with my daughter being in a wheelchair they wanted the safest tires on but when we picked up the car it had Cooper tire. Cheaper. Nice move. I used the navigator to go to Grafton Park and it gave me wrong directions and I got lost. Called VW to find out that it would cost $300 to fix. I started having a leak in my sunroof that ruined the interior and when they supposedly fixed it I had to pay some other garage $60 to fix the leak that already caused damage. They gave me broken headphones for the movie system that only worked when it wanted to and had to buy a new remote and that's just the top of what I had to put into the car. Enough said? Now I get harassing texts about this.
