He was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I have NO idea who he is personally or what his 'problem' was but my vehicle was dropped off, just needed the old glass removed and new glass put in. He calls five minutes later with a rude tone and an attitude for unknown reasons and flat out refuses service for ZERO reason. We called back and asked if we did anything wrong- polite as can be, and he continues to dodge calls and leaves us without answers. 0/10 do not recommend. Mike did a great job! He was easy to communicate with about my repairs via phone and text messages. When I got to his shop, he was waiting for me. Mike was the most reasonably priced in the area, which helped when I realized I didn't have glass coverage. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it looked great! The inside was cleaned and vacuumed! What a nice surprise! When driving home, I couldn't help but notice how clearly I could see out of my beautiful, new windshield. I recently had glass replaced in my Ford Escape. Mike Anderson did a quality job and left the vehicle in great shape and clean. If I didn't know better, it was like nothing bad had happened to my windshield. Mike pointed out to me that you need to dot the "i's" when working with your insurance company. He was told to come for a repair, when a replacement was needed. This caused a slight delay as he had to order a new windshield after he saw the damage. Note to self: be clear with the insurance company! There was a slight mis-alignment with the wipers due to Fords better idea to have them engineered to use independent motors and add cost to the vehicle. He came back right away and re-timed them and all is well. He didn't give me the "I'm busy and I'll get to you when I can" response, but instead, came right back and made them perfect again. This is a quality service that you can use and support our local business' if you don't want to use the "big box" suppliers. Give Mike a call when you need quality glass service! read more
