We still had hundreds of miles to go, what else can you do on a motorcycle ride other than drive and listen to music?? Stopped by the local Harley dealership and they quickly referred me to this place and once I arrived I see why. Upon arriving and letting the technician know my issue fully expecting them to say they were swamped and wouldn't be able to look at my bike they instead said no problem let's take a look! The guys were incredibly knowledgeable about what we wanted (something extra loud of course) and hooked me up right then and there! If this were in Indianapolis we would have had to wait for weeks just to get an appointment to LOOK at the speakers! We are incredibly thankful that they recognized that this was a need and got us taken care of! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! You may hear us coming down the road soon!

Very unexpected to have this kind of experience, not only was my Jeep fixed but so was my outlook on humanity.

We waited one hour and fifteen minutes at a picnic table outside the glass shop. The door locked, and nobody was inside. We called more times than I can count. Our Insurance can't get ahold of Dermody either! We wasted our only free day in mass for the next couple of months. I now must find another location!! We picked him due to the amazing reviews. It cracked the driver's side windshield and slight damage to the trim of our new CRV. Our insurance company recommended a competitor but it would have been an almost month long wait. When I asked for alternatives they gave us A-Line as one choice. So very pleased we went with them. They got us in promptly and they did an excellent job -- very diligent with the replacement and held the vehicle for us ensuring all was dry before driving. Looks good and no leaks. They also went above and beyond. The trim that was damaged did not come with the windshield package and they spent a good amount of time actively looking for the part. Once they obtained it they promptly replaced it at no additional charge for their time to locate the part and replace it. Finally, they were very nice to work with and are nice people.

In addition to some of the specifics mentioned in my previous review (see below), there have been several instances where Ankers could have just recommended the more expensive route to fix something, but chose to allow us to make an informed decision by trying alternatives or doing things incrementally so that it could be determined if a smaller fix would suffice. All this without sacrificing the integrity of the car, though. It is such a relief to know you are going to receive competent and honest work on one of the major financial investments you make: your vehicle. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Joe argued with me that it cost more than he quoted me to fix the bumper and asked me to pay an additional $700 to "cover his costs." I reluctantly agreed and paid him $1,900 to put a new bumper on my car. He gave me the keys and told me where my car was parked. I went to retrieve my car and ALL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE MISSING FROM THE CAR. I asked the mechanic who was there where my items were and he told me that Joe told him that the car was his now and that I had already sold the car to Joe and that he threw away everything that was in the car. I said are you kidding me, I never sold my car to him. The mechanic told me "well, Joe told me that you already sold the car to me and I thought this car was mine." THEY TOOK MY PLATES OFF THE CAR, TOOK MY REGISTRATION OFF MY CAR, CLEARED OUT MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT (THREW AWAY MY REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE INFORMATION) AND ALL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS (JUMPER CABLES, CLOTHES, BAG OF TOOLS, BOX OF K-CUPS AND RECEIPTS I HAD IN THE CAR). I noticed that the registration was missing from the car and again asked the mechanic about this. I told him that it's illegal to remove the registration from someone's car. He told me again "Joe told me that you sold him the car, I thought the car was mine. He was talking about having dealer plates on the car and it is very likely he was using my car for personal use. I WAS SHOCKED!!! I should have called the police right then, but was just in a state of shock and left with my car. Later that day I was looking at the new bumper they put on my car and THEY PUT A BROKEN, CRACKED AND SCRATCHED USED BUMPER ON MY CAR. I called Joe and told him that all my personal belongings were missing from the car (he responded by saying if you think items are missing from your car then you should file a claim with your insurance company), I told him that you also took my registration off of the car and threw away everything that was in my glove compartment (he responded by saying "you sold me your car"), I told him I never sold you my car, that's a lie, you work in the auto industry and you know you never had a bill of sale or a signed title, what you did was illegal, I told him and to top it off you put a broken, cracked and scratched used bumper on my car and I would like to come back by your shop and get my money back (he responded "You wanted me to put a used bumper on your car and I don't have any of your money") I said that's another lie, I gave you $1,900 and why would I pay you to put a broken and cracked bumper on my car? I said there are two ways we can go about this, I can come down to your store and you can give me the money back or I can take you to court (he responded "I don't have any of your money - do what you think you have to do). That same day I filed a police report with the Green Island police department. The police were shocked by everything that I shared with them and said you need to take him to court and sue him. I will be taking Joe to court to get my money back.
