Great selection, helpful staff, sometimes busy on weekends. The product selection is mid range to high end.

We thought we'd have to buy a new one, but Tony managed to fix the broken part at a reasonable rate.

We walked into a space where the layout encourages browsing, with sections dedicated to furniture, kitchenware, décor, seasonal items, gifts, and foods from different countries all spread across a well-organized floor. The store has a more eclectic feel compared to a typical home store, with products that are often harder to find elsewhere, making it the type of place where you can walk in for one item and end up exploring the entire store without realizing how much time has passed. The biggest appeal of World Market is the variety. The international food section is one of the highlights, offering snacks, drinks, sweets, and pantry items from different regions. It is a fun place to pick up imported cookies, ramen, chips, and specialty ingredients that are not always available at regular grocery stores. We found ourselves lingering in the aisles, picking up items we had not seen before and adding a few things to the cart that we had not planned on buying. The selection is broad enough that even on repeat visits, there is usually something new to discover. The furniture and home décor sections also stand out, especially if you are looking for pieces with a more global or unique design style rather than something that feels mass-produced. The furniture leans toward eclectic, bohemian, and globally inspired styles, with a mix of wood, woven materials, and patterned textiles that give the store a distinct personality. The décor items, from wall art to vases and accent pieces, offer an alternative to the more generic styles found at larger home goods chains, making it a good stop for anyone looking to add character to a space. The seasonal sections are another reason to visit, with rotating holiday decorations, ornaments, and gift ideas that change throughout the year. We noticed that the store does a particularly good job with the holidays, offering decorations that feel more curated than the standard seasonal fare. The kitchen and dining areas are also worth browsing, with everything from cookware and tableware to smaller accessories that can add personality to a space. The store has a lot of variety, and part of the experience is simply seeing what new items are available each visit. World Market is a fun store to explore when you are looking for something different. Some items can feel more expensive compared to traditional discount stores, but the selection and uniqueness are what make it stand out. Whether you are shopping for home décor, international snacks, gifts, or just browsing for inspiration, it is the kind of store that rewards taking your time and looking around. We left with a bag full of things we did not know we needed, which is exactly the kind of experience the store seems designed for.

HomeGoods in Framingham is a large location with a broad and regularly rotating inventory that…read morecovers kitchen items, home decor, furniture, bedding, bath supplies, and seasonal goods across a wide range of aesthetics and price points. We walked into a store that rewards browsing rather than targeted shopping, since the stock changes frequently enough that what was there last week may not be there this week and something unexpected tends to surface on most visits. The selection here is genuinely varied, and the discounts on home goods relative to what the same categories cost at full price retailers are the main reason the store draws the regular traffic it does. Kitchen items in particular tend to offer strong value, and the decor section covers enough range that most aesthetic preferences find something worth considering. Seasonal inventory, particularly around the holidays, brings in items that sell quickly and reward earlier visits in the season. Checkout is a longer process that can wear on you. The register staffing runs lean, and wait times of fifteen minutes or more are not unusual even for small purchases. Weekday visits do not reliably avoid the problem the way you might expect, so building some extra time into the trip is sensible regardless of when we go. For a home goods treasure hunt with genuine savings and a consistent checkout bottleneck, HomeGoods in Framingham delivers on value but demands patience at the register.

Debbie helped us pick the perfect couch without being pushy or salesy. She walked us through the options and when it was time to check out the manager was super friendly too. Then, on delivery day, we learned that our arrogant salesman placed the WRONG ORDER for the King bed frame. When Bob's customer support got back to us, turns out, switching the wrong frame for the right one, with drawers, (which is more expensive than the basic frame without drawers and requires a box spring), would take an EXTRA TWO WEEKS. Then, on delivery day for the RIGHT bed frame, one of the delivery men BROKE ONE OF OUR STAIR BOARD STEPS! They said corporate would handle damages and get the repair taken care of, and they called the support to start a claim. If I could give 0 to negative stars, I would. Because...GUESS WHAT?!!! Their claims department just denied our claim and tried to gaslight us, so they could be CHEAP and wiggle their way out of responsibility and liability for the damage they caused to our property. They claimed that the damage was due to "normal wear and tear" This situation has been infuriating. So the lesson here is, if you want to have your ORDER MISPLACED, then have the replacement DELAYED, have you PROPERTY DAMAGED upon said replacement, and then DENIED FOR REPAIR CLAIMS, Go with the Natick Bob's Discount Furniture.

I received the notification that it was ready for pickup about 45 minutes later and off I went to the store. Three employees were at the register when I arrived on Sunday May 24th around noon: Basil (great name!), another guy and a young woman (brownish hair, a little below the shoulders with NO personality at all). Very friendly Basil went to the back to get my dish towel while Ms. No Personality scowled about needing my ID because telling my name and exactly what I was picking up was not enough. That is fine (note that I also offered to show Friendly Basil the bar code for pick-up from my email, but he probably had gotten my order ready because he knew all about it), but when I pulled out my license I noticed that she barely looked at it...... it's as if she just wanted to be aggravating for a moment. Well, she was. Here is an idea for her (and the store manager): "may I please see your ID" would be a REALLY polite thing to say! Or just that barcode, which I did just offer to show. 5 stars to Basil, 0 stars to the obnoxious girl
