This past winter 2022, when many of us got hit with very heavy winds, we lost a nice chunk of our shingles; and with so many others whom experienced the same issue, Star Roofing responded the fastest and provided a very reasonable price to repair. At the same time as the repair, we requested a quote. Of course we obtained numerous rates from competitors, but we really admired the professional and friendly folks at Star, who provided us with a fantastic rate to redo not only our house roof, but garage, replacement of gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia. We wanted the Full "Make-Over" experience! The work was completed in 2 days, with no delays, promised arrival times met, and the foreman/roofing crew were extremely polite and professional throughout the duration of work performed! They left absolutely No Mess! Our yard, patio, flower beds and gardens..spotless! These folks are seasoned pros, and the whole process from front to back was seamless, with the exceptional assistance of Gerardo ( Sales), Brian and Dina (Owners), and Pedro, (Roofing Foreman)! The crew were very skilled at their craft! I would highly recommend these folks to anyone seeking a roofing job well done and a reasonable price for quality products, sales and service! Robin G. Took a much longer time for work to start - which would have been ok if there had been any proactive communication from Andy's (there wasn't). I want to recommend them but ultimately I think you can have a better experience with someone else

I kept Stuart Nyberg's business card for years. I wasn't quite sure why, but the only cards that I…read morekeep are for companies that do exceptional work or people who have great integrity. Nyberg is both. When I needed a new roof, I got three estimates. Stuart's price was in the middle, and, mainly, I felt that he was trustworthy, so I chose him. Stuart was the best from beginning to end. He recommended a roof color that I would never have considered on my own, and he showed me how the color enhanced the trim on my house. It's the color I went with, and I am so glad he went the extra mile. The roof was completed in one day, and my neighbors were amazed at their efficiency, and the excellent job his men did in cleaning the whole area before they left. I would say that you could not do better than hiring Stuart Nyberg for your next roof.

I will say unequivocally that my 2 experiences with Nyberg were the least-stress inducing, easiest repairs I've ever had. A few years ago, we had our bungalow's roof replaced. Everything about the experience was seamless. We received an estimate, they came at the appointed time, protected our plants, and the were finished before we knew it. This year we replaced the roof of our 4 car garage. I wish we would have had the money to have done it at the same time as our home roof for financial reasons, but we couldn't at that time. They fixed our roof and replaced gutters and were as efficient and skilled as with our home's roof. I'd recommend Nyberg to anyone!

Not their fault at all, it seemed like they subcontracted the work to some other company when it came time to install, though. Part of the back door wasn't done right so I had to make the comment to the installers that I will have to wait to pay until it was fixed, it got fixed immediately after that. After that, gave them another try to remodel our master bathroom. Met over Zoom June of 2022, met in person later that month, we were ready to sign a contract that day if they had one, but we waited, and waited, and waited. Reached out in early July, then again in late July, told in early August that they'll have the bid for me shortly. Never heard from them again. Decided to try one more time this year for a siding project. Filled out their online form, was called by someone and reached back out mid-June and never heard back. I really don't mind if a company doesn't want to do business with a particular customer, just let me know so I don't spend time trying to reach out and spin my wheels. The ghosting is really unprofessional.

Here's how they stood out: They had excellent communication. From Angelo's estimate all the way to passing inspection, they were on top of their game. The estimate had every combination of options listed with exactly what they were going to do and photos of the planned work. We were assigned a field supervisor (Justin, I believe?) who would come out on the same day to inspect any issues we brought up. Our contact with the office via Cindy and Anthony was also superb and always timely. The work was done swiftly and well. The roofers were done before I got back from work. Siding and gutters are more involved, but they did excellent there as well and Roman et al. were excellent to work with, took feedback very well (see communication above), and were very hard and efficient workers. All in all, we were done with our project long before other houses in the same subdivision who had all signed up with doorknocker companies, and they delivered a high level of quality. To be clear, their estimate was slightly higher (my gut says 10% higher, but it's been a while since I reviewed the proposals) than some other offers we received, but for the work that we were doing, level of customization, and communication, we wouldn't make a different choice. Absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Siding and Windows Group!

I'm usually not one to spend time getting a bunch of quotes and just rely on Yelp reviews to make a purchasing decision, but this was pricey enough purchase that i figured I should do my due diligence.' Siding & Windows Group was one of the 4 companies I had come out for a quote. We ended up with them for a few reasons: - Their quote was competitive - They were able to spray paint the interior trim with our existing paint color - They were able to match the exterior trim as closely as possible to our windows outside - Anthony at Siding & Windows Group was very responsive We placed the order on August 22nd, which is my bday. I can't say new doors was what i wanted for my bday, but i guess this is being a homeowner in your 40s. The new doors weren't installed until November 6th and we just hoped for no big storms and got lucky. Anthony checked in a few times on when they'd be installed and pushed it back a few days due to other projects. The actual installation took about a day, which wasn't too bad. A week later they came to spray paint, which honestly seemed like a much bigger project than installing the doors. That took 2 days and went smoothly, although there was a little confusion about them not knowing what color to paint, etc. It turned out beautifully and while the doors look very similar to our old doors I like the look of these even better. The exterior finish isn't a perfect match, but i think a big part of that is our old paint on our windows as faded. One day we'll touch it all up, but for now we're looking forward to a break in paying for anything for the house. I learned there are a lot of companies in the area for new windows/doors, but we were satisfied with this one and would use them again.
