It checked out okay, and I was only charged a service fee and I was not pressured into installing additional parts that may or may not have been needed or buy a new appliance. But, within a few days, the refrigerator / freezer was not working right again. Another tech was sent out and installed a new control panel, and I was charged only for the panel (no additional service fee). So far, the refrigerator / freezer is working as it should. Kenny, the Chief Service and Parts Officer, scheduled both calls efficiently and emailed me the dates and times for my approval. He gave me a 2-hour window for each call. On the days of service, I was notified of the exact time the techs would be arriving. Both techs (Bobby and Tyler) were courteous and knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I called the office to receive copies of the invoices for both calls. Within minutes, Rebecca emailed the invoices to me. I am happy to support a local business that provides such expert and personal service. Special thanks to the team at Spichers!

I looked online at, www.valleystructures.com and found one that I really liked. I picked my daughter up and drove to Valley Structures around noon on Friday. Upon arriving, Samantha greeted us and was delightful. She gladly took us to the lot and showed us the building that we were interested in. She answered all of our questions, and before you knew it we were back inside and I was making a purchase. I really wanted to get it delivered Friday or Saturday and not have to wait till Monday. Even though Justin would have preferred to wait till Monday and have some help, he agreed to load it on the trailer and bring it to me right away. Within a couple of hours I had my beautiful 10' x 10' Carriage House! I was so amazed at how well Justin worked the fancy hydraulic trailer that they had to maneuver that Carriage House around, and how he, by himself, maneuvered it around on the trailer to get it in the right position. Once he got it down onto the ground, he was so knowledgeable about all the equipment that he had with him, that he was able to push it here and there and get it in the right position. He made sure it was level and straight with my house. He had to shim it to level it, but within a couple hours after I purchased it, he was finished and gone, and I was smiling! If you're looking for any kind of a shed or structure for your property, I highly recommend Valley Structures In White Post. Virginia! I guarantee you that Samantha and Justin will take really good care of you and make sure that you are happy with every step of the process! It is raining today but once it stops I will take pictures and add so you can see this beautiful building on my property.

My experience with Berkeley Glass was incredibly frustrating from start to finish…read more The initial consultation went well, and I was told they could install a frameless shower. Later, I was informed that a true frameless enclosure wouldn't work because the holes from the previous shower would be visible, so I had to go with a more expensive framed option instead. The special-order enclosure arrived fairly quickly, but that's where the problems really began. The first installation appointment ended with the installers discovering something was wrong with the enclosure, so it had to be reordered. I had already taken a day off work. The second installation appointment wasn't any better. One of the parts had been pre-cut incorrectly at the factory, so yet another part had to be reordered, requiring me to take another day off work. When they finally returned and completed the installation, I noticed a very obvious dent in the enclosure after they left. I called immediately because I wasn't happy with the quality of the installation. They eventually replaced the damaged part, but referred to it as being replaced under "warranty." Warranty? It was installed with the dent in the first place. That wasn't a warranty issue--it was correcting an installation problem that should have never happened. After everything was finally finished, I paid my invoice in full. I even have the receipt showing a $0.00 balance owed. Weeks later, I received a phone call claiming I still owed more money. After everything I had already dealt with, that was the final straw. Between the repeated ordering mistakes, multiple installation appointments, lost wages from taking several days off work, poor quality control, and then being asked for more money after paying in full, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I cannot recommend Berkeley Glass based on my experience.

I like a contractor that shows up on time, knows their stuff, and leaves with everything in working order, plus they left everything cleaner and nicer than it was when they arrived.
