The best of the best! Best service, their willing and knowledgable staff assisted me with parts for my old dryer. When I could no longer repair either my washer or dryer I went looking for a replacement. While Lowes and others were consistently out of the preferred products I desired Orsini's was stocked with three versions or models of it. I originally made my purchase at Lowes because of an available warranty , but after the order was delayed three times, the need out weighed the warranty. I saved a couple hundred dollars because Orsini offered a model of the same machine, without all the extra bells and whistles, that I really did not want in the first place! Best Machines! Orsinis makes its living off of both sales and knowledgable service but also by carrying only specific brands of which they keep the store well stocked. I went to the store, requested and payed for the machines I liked and they were delivered and installed on time the next day! We took delivery of both a GE washer and GE dryer. Both my wife and I, who have had experience with owning other brands are truly amazed! The design and operation of our new machines has exceeded our expectations two fold! The washer is fitted on the front with an easy to reach clean out where as my old washer had to be partially diss assembled to reach the clean out, taking an hour or more of my time and effort! Both of these machines, washer and dryer, are quieter than any other machine we have owned. The design of both dryer and washer our thoughtful. Example, not putting the door lock switch next to the corner of the machine, where you might rest your palm while bending over. Getting the door unlocked was sometimes a life changing event! In lieu of the cheap poorly designed instrument panel on our old machine. Both machines are elegant looking and match well as a pair. I like the look of the blacked out door on the dryer also. This washer is supposed to be odorless and so far it too has exceeded expectations as it is also supper quiet! Even the clicks and clunks of the machines operation and cycle changes are hardly noticeable! It is a Sharde "Smooth Operator" ! As for the dyrer, it is very spacious as well as quieter than any other dryer we have ever used. And wrinkles, what about them, what are those?? I would highly recommend buying from Orsinis as they were knowledgable, fast and courteous. The GE washer and dryer had no dents or defects upon delivery and look fantastic, which has not been the case with almost every appliance we have bought from Lowes and or Home Depot! Customer service has been a huge issue with these two also! Orsinis has pledged that this is not the case with this family owned business and you know what "I believe them"! Orsini's is the BEST! My wife and I were looking for a new stove and were frustrated with our experience at the big box stores. The salespeople didn't seem really interested in helping us. Then I got a brilliant idea and said, "Let's go to Orsini's. I'm sure someone there will be able to give us some direction and help." Sure enough, when we walked in the door, we were greeted by John O. We let him know that we were looking for a glass top stove and after asking just a few questions, John took us to the stove that met all our requirements - features and price. He answered all our questions, listened to our feedback and made us feel like he cared about getting us what we were looking for. No upsell, no "oh you have to get the extra feature", no nonsense. BTW - I was expecting prices to be higher at Orsini's. I was wrong, very wrong. The model of stove that we ended up buying was almost the same price as one of the big box stores and Orsini's also had free delivery. John let us know that he would give us a quote because we weren't sure if we really were ready to buy. After some internet searching, we found that John showed us one of the most highly rated stoves in our price and feature range. So, two days later, I am back at the store to buy the range which I asked them to hold until I was ready to take delivery. Well, we got our old gas stove sold in just a couple of days and called John at 8am on a Monday morning to request delivery ASAP. (You know you can't get homemade treats without a stove, so I had an incentive to get the new stove in as quickly as possible.) He said, he would see what he could do, but that the installers might have left already. He said that the installers would call 15 minutes before they would arrive. In less than 60 minutes, I received a phone call saying that they would be to the house in 15 minutes. Yep, 15 minutes later, the Orsini truck was backing into the driveway and about 45 minutes later, Philip and Shane completed the installation. Philip and Shane were the best installers that I have ever met. And I mean ever. They were very courteous, polite and respectful. I am so appreciative of the professionalism and dedication to quality exhibited by Philip and Shane while in our home. Thank you Orsini's!!! You are now our go-to store for appliances. read more

My wife and I began having problems with our 12+ year old refrigerator recently, so we called Orsini's. The serviceman, Chuck, was able to locate and diagnose the trouble and provided options for us on how to proceed. We determined that it would make more sense financially to look for a new refrigerator instead of pouring $600+ into a older unit. Off we went to Orsini's and we were greeted by Becky in sales. She did an unbelievable job in listening to what features we needed in a new refrigerator and then began to show us store models that matched our needs. After showing us these models, she gave us some space and time to look at the features and then kindly answered each and every question we asked! We made the decision to purchase a new refrigerator from Orsini's and were excited to have a new appliance. As if that was not amazing enough, along came installation specialists, Cecil and Benjie, with our new refrigerator! Those two guys were incredible! From the moment they pulled up, to the moment they loaded equipment back on their truck, they were extremely efficient and professional! Our family was just amazed at how well Cecil and Benjie worked together! They treated that new refrigerator like it was their own, and yet, with this awesome crew of two, there was no fooling around. While doing the install, Cecil and Benjie took time to show us some of the features and answer questions. Cecil and Benjie collected all styrofoam, cardboard, plastic, etc. and made the area look as if no one had been there before! I have been an Orsini's customer for 45 years! Brought first washer and dryer in 1969 from the first generation (Mr. Orsini and Wife). Did not have much money then, like most young newly Wed couples. Orsinis's got us financing, so we not only got a washer & dryer but a start on credit history and rating. That washer & dryer lasted 20+ years. Thru the years we have brought refrigerator, washer-dryers, dish-washer and yes we have had service from time to time. Service has always been within a day or two of when I called, dependable. Second generation Mike & Paul and third generation PJ have always been helpful to explain problems I might have, and sometimes give suggestions to repair or correct problems without a service call. Example: On Nov. 29, 2014 I stopped into Orsini's on Winchester Ave. in Martinsburg. I needed two things; I needed to order a filter cover for my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator and I needed a service appointment because my ice dispenser would not dispense ice ( it would just hum). I had two Orsinis wait on me at the same time. While PJ was putting in an order for the filter cover, Mike was instructing me on how to correct the ice dispenser problem. I followed Mikes instructions and my ice maker & dispenser is working like new. Orsinis could have sit up a service call and charged me, but elected not to go that route. Service is not always fixing the appliance; it is an honest-trustworthy dependable relationship between customer and Business owner. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Orsini's. Yesterday my husband and I came into the Martinsburg, WV Orsini's location to purchase a washing machine and a dishwasher. We were greeted by Ed with a friendly and warm smile. He asked us a few questions about what we wanted in each appliance. He then shared options for each including walking us through and demonstrating how each worked and the difference in each model. We ended up getting just what we needed for our family. The great customer service didn't stop there. Upon check out we were told that both appliances were in stock and could be delivered that day. 30 minutes after we left we met the delivery crew, Cecil and Philip at our house. Cecil and Philip were so respectful and helpful. They disconnected and hauled out our old appliances. Because we were not expecting such a speedy delivery we had not had a chance to clean out under our sink before they came. Cecil assured me this was not a problem. In fact, he began carefully removing items and cleaning under the sink for us. He said that Orsini insists they leave the home in better condition than when they arrived. Cecil and Philip showed us how each appliance worked and did a test cycle before they left. Both of them smiled and were friendly the entire time they were in our home. We finally needed to replace our 36-yr-old JennAir electric downdraft drop-in range. We began the process at Orsini's by consulting with Ed Liebrecht, sales associate, and discovered that JennAir no longer makes a drop-in range. So our choice came down to either JennAir or KitchenAid as a downdraft slide-in range. Ed was very knowledgeable about both, explaining the pros and cons and differences between the two. PJ visited our home to take some measurements, and after further discussion we decided to go with the JennAir slide-in downdraft range. After the range arrived, Orsini's removed the old range on a Monday morning, had an electrician run a new 4-wire circuit Monday afternoon, and installed the new range on Tuesday, resulting in minimal downtime. Cecil Williams and Brenden Murphy, installation specialists, were a joy to work with. They were friendly, neat and meticulous in their installation. We were informed on what they were doing and involved when decisions had to be made. All of our appliances have been purchased from Orsini's, and our old JennAir range was the final original appliance in our home. If our new range lasts 36 years, I won't be around for the next one. Needed a new washer after just replacing our dryer 2 months ago. They say bad luck happens in 3's and we've already had 2 things happen, so this was our third, and hopefully last! Immediately started researching websites and looked particularly at Lowes, Home Depot and the major box retailers. Nobody had anything in our price range and what was available, they didn't even have any in stock. Found Orsini's based on familial recommendations and am so glad we made the decision to purchase from here. Our dryer stopped working and couldn't be fixed according to our repairman. So we went shopping for a new dryer. When we got there Ed and Becky attended to us. Becky help with the selection and advice on product and price. Once we decided what we wanted and paid for the dryer Becky wanted to know when we would like our dryer delivered. Teasing her I said this afternoon, since we had no dryer. She said we can do that we will call when they guys leave here to deliver your dryer. We got a phone call from Cecil informing us he would be at our house in 15 minutes. Cecil and Leroy did an outstanding job installing the new dryer and removing the old dryer. They had to take a door off our utility room to get the new dryer in, No Problem. Their installation went perfectly even cleaning up before and after. My wife and I have been buying our appliances and outdoor cooking units from Orsini's Appliances for over 20 years. The Orsini's have always been honest and fair in the product and pricing. We recently had to purchase a replacement washer and dryer. We bought it on a Friday and Orsini's was able to deliver it the following Tuesday. As expected, the delivery team (Cecil & Dylan) arrived at the promised time. Cecil and Dylan carefully removed our old units and installed of our new GE Profile 955 washer/dryer with care and professionalism. And it was not an easy task because the laundry closet is upstairs these new units are monsters. Cecil and Dylan did a great job and should be commended for a job well done and for their customer oriented service. We purchased a new washer and dryer after 38 years when our old set finally gave up and died. Our experience was wonderful from the beginning to the end. Our sales girl was friendly and informative. Our delivery and set up men: Benjie and Cecil were fantastic!! They called prior to their arrival, and were curteous, professional, friendly and efficient. There was damage to the washer and without missing a beat, Cecil took care of the situation. He offered a discount or a replacement, and when we chose the replacement, again he took care of the situation immediately. While Cecil dealt with the replacement, Benjie installed the dryer. I initially had ordered a Maytag washer and dryer from Home Depot, but was totally put off by their lack of customer service or concern for what I needed. I spoke to Mike Britner, an Orsini's employee, who suggested I go through Orsini's instead, and assured me of quality products and quick delivery. So.... I canceled HD and called Ed at Orsini's yesterday and this morning around 10am, I had Mike and Benji Britner at my door, delivering and setting up my new washer and dryer. They were exceptional! They fully explained the directions, made sure everything worked properly and that I knew how to operate them and even reminded me to register the warranty. Ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator over the phone. Orsinis was able to ensure we were getting the right model and delivered the fridge within a few days. Everything went smooth until it came time to hook up the ice maker... our plumbing setup under the sink was pretty out of date and so it posed a unique problem when attaching the ice maker water line. Brett looked at all the possible solutions and was able to come up with a great work-around! It took time and lots of sweat but Brett got it done and had a great attitude about the task the entire time. Excellent service, friendly and professional. Two weeks ago I purchased a dishwasher from Orsini's. The first 2 men that "installed" it did a half assed job, to the point my dishwasher was falling out onto the floor. Today Orsini's sent Cecil and Brenden to install it properly. They did a wonderful job. If anyone buys anything from Orsini's, demand Cecil Williams and Brenden Murphy. No one else will ever install my appliances but them. BTW, if you go into the store with a question, DO NOT ASK ED. He the white haired gentleman working behind the counter. When I told him my problem with the original installation, he told me to go to Lowe's t see if I could find the part I needed to maybe fix my problem. My question is, Why is he still employed there? I would highly recommend Ed/Orsini's to anyone looking for appliances in Martinsburg area. For delivery, Benjie and Michael were awesome! They not only showed up on time (which never happens with big box stores) but they were friendly, efficient, and really quick with the removal of the old fridge and bringing the new one into place. I was extremely impressed with my sales associate Ed who had no problem when I changed my mind about model I was purchasing changing it. The model I chose was less expensive and I immediately got a refund. The day my dryer was delivered they called exactly 20 minutes before arrival like I was told they would. The 2 delivery men Cecil W. and Benjie B. were efficient and courteous. They asked for a broom to clean up the area the old dryer was before installing the new. I was also informed I should clean out my lint hose on a yearly bases as mine was almost blocked. They even gave me instruction on how to do this.
