It took them no time to find the problem. They had to order the part and said it should be in by Thursday, and they would call that morning (today) with an ETA. True to their word a call came in early, and we were told between 11-1. Once again, they came in the time quoted. They talked with my husband for a while and discussed the type of issue we were having, saying it was not the first time they had to replace that same part in a Maytag. My husband was very satisfied with them. Rest assured if we have any future appliance problems, they will be the people we call. We finally settled on one, Dustin gave us the run down on delivery and returns, and set us up for a next day delivery.
