Rippeon is a great name because once you walk in the door they are gonna be rippeon you a new…read moreAhole. I think the mechanics in this place all hail from the most Western Part of WV, where they get educated by Bill Dance and the total IQ is 45 divided by everyone in town. This is the second time in 2 years I've used these idiots for servicing my mowers. My first experience they installed a new baffle on my mower with a bolt and didn't even bother to weld it like the other side, got ripped off for $1800. So now every 15hours I have the joy of shutting the mower down and re-tightening the baffles under my mower in mid-mow. Second and last experience brought in 2 mowers both with their own issues. They were so focused on ripping me off for blade sharpenings, battery, fluid replacements, and topping off the fluids to actually fix the real issue. The one mower wasn't currently running and had an issue engaging the PTO and I said "I just want a working mower again" to the service tech but I guess I should've been more specific and said "I want to have a fully functioning mower again" because they threw on a new wire harness got it to start up, but never corrected the PTO issue...... wow $2400 later and now I have a mower that runs but doesn't actually cut grass. Save yourself the headache and money and take it ANYWHERE else (even skeeter your gross Pervy neighbor)

I drove over an hour yesterday to get parts for a tedder I purchased there years ago. Cory in…read moreparts was very professional and respectful. "Denny" walks up as I'm asking to see a parts detail and I asked if they knew how the assembly came apart. Denny explained that the bolts had to be loose for the problem to occur. I explained the bolts were not loose and that seemed to aggravate him. I'm 68 years old and have worked on farm /heavy construction equipment since I was a teenager. I have owned my own Custom Home Construction Company since 1979 having hundreds of clients and dozens of employees. I have never experienced such a situation and would have terminated any employee that acted this way! Denny seemed to be getting more aggravated and scowling at me in a very aggressive way. I was speechless for a moment. I asked if I had said or done anything to make him upset and I said "I apologize if I said something to offend you". He once again sternly stated "I've told you the same thing three times!" I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but there was no excuse for his arrogance and demeaning behavior. As a result, I decided to go to another dealer and will not recommend this dealership to my farming community here in Northern Virginia.

If I could give it less stars I would. I have never witnessed such incompetence in mechanical work…read moreand customer service. They misdiagnosed my mower twice, had it for two weeks before even looking at it, and literally told me they had more important things come up and had to move on to them before fixing it. Mind you, this mower was purchased from them brand new just two years ago. The first diagnosis was a bad carburetor which I suspected was incorrect, but they're supposed to be professionals so ok. They replaced it after over two weeks and we picked it up. As soon as I got it Home and ran it more than 10 feet it had the exact same problem. They said bring it back and they would work on it immediately. It was dropped off and they guy said it could be a bad cylinder. Two days later I call to check on it and they told me something else came up and they had to stop working on it and move on. Two days later they call and say it was a spark plug. So, the spark plugs were replaced during a tune up three weeks prior thinking that may have been the initial problem. So what DW Ogg is saying is, the spark plug must have been the initial problem before they misdiagnosed the carburetor, and when I replaced the spark plugs 3 weeks prior with brand new plugs, one of those must have been bad from the factory. Very improbable. In summary, it was picked up today and they charged $108 to replace a brand new spark plug I just replaced, and still did not manage to fix my mower. They also proceeded to cuss me out and insult my mechanical ability, although they have now failed to fix it twice. Never buy anything from here, never deal with them. This was not some cheap mower, it was nearly $6,000 and paid for in cash.
