Although the lawn mowing service has limited working hours in winter P responded quickly and referred me to M who could determine if the part was available. A few communications back and forth determined they did have the part that I could pick up. At Mower Medic B double checked the part #. Outstanding responsiveness and communication for a less than $10 part. Mower Medic's level of customer service is to be commended.

I sent them two brand new batteries and an unused charger. They fixed the problem with arm and sent me back batteries and charger as pictured (completely corroded and half the charger broken). I called to question about what happened. Tim told me that they did nothing, never even touched charger so this all happened by magic. He also was very short with me and his attitude sucked. He must've skipped customer service training. I even have a recording of him saying the mower was brand new. So, now I have to call my lawyer for such trivial crap Tim could've owned up to their negligence. Instead he chose to be a dick and make me feel like he was doing me a favor by calling Greenworks. Would NEVER use this shop for ANYTHING.

Chris Hart and his assistant from Chris Hart Gas Contractor were very professional, friendly, and…read moreextremely knowledgeable. His pricing was also very reasonable. Chris came to my home the very next day, which I greatly appreciated because I needed the repair completed as soon as possible. My gas fireplace kept going out, and I frequently had to relight the pilot light. Chris performed a thorough cleaning and noticed that the burner appeared to be very dirty and clogged, even though I had the fireplace cleaned and serviced in January 2026. He also checked my outside vents and found a bird's nest that appeared to have been there for quite some time, blocking the airflow. This could have created a very serious fire hazard. The fireplace is now working perfectly, and I am extremely happy and appreciative of Chris's work.

If I could give Apache Appliance zero stars, I would. I purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer…read morefrom them in June of last year. When the dryer light went out, I submitted a warranty claim. The technician arrived, and not only failed to fix the issue, but made things worse--he took a critical internal part of the dryer with him, making it completely inoperable. He knowingly asked if the dryer was working prior to his arrival, fully aware that it wouldn't work after he left. When I discovered this, I called the co-owner, who admitted the part was broken and had been taken by the tech--but offered no help beyond telling me to go to a laundromat. When I asked if they'd reimburse me, I was told "it's not our problem," and that the issue was between me and the technician (whom I wasn't even allowed to contact). When we went to the store, the co-owner became defensive and asked her to leave. Bottom line: maliciously dishonest, zero accountability, and horrendous customer service.
