Unfortunately he did not call in advance so I wasn't prepared. I was in the middle of something that I couldn't drop and took me about 10 min. Then the snow blower was on the back porch so I had to add gas, get out the electric start cord and bring it out front. When I got there he had left. When I called him he was very rude saying he had already wasted a half hour and would have to clean the carb (he claimed the gas was bad but it ran fine). Most of this could have been avoided if he would have just called before coming so I could be ready for him. Never will call him again for anything.

Several months back I had purchased a Generac gasoline powered electric mobile generator and I've had several issues with it. Then, right as the heat really turned up, the face plate of this generator fell off and I couldn't get it to start. Oh, and it was the 4th of July weekend so everyone was closed. In steps the fine folks at OER! They responded right away, they answered their phone and they told me to come on in! I drive down from Maryland and they tried as hard as they could to get the generator back up and running to no avail. This generator needed some serious work. So, they recommended a great place to camp while they fixed my generator. Originally they were looking at a replacement part that was going to cost me $150, but they went above and beyond and found a replacement part that was literally half that price. They did a diagnostic and deep cleaning and a week later it was ready to be picked up. And when I showed up, I pulled it just one time and this problematic generator started right up! It went from being the problem child to the bell of the ball. It was the best sound I've heard in a long time! Thank you for the service, the attention and the effort to keep this necessary repair as inexpensive as possible. To say that this was a life saving event is an understatement. Without this power my RV becomes a slow cooker. Now my AC blows cold and my dog didn't run away! And best of all, I have confidence that my generator will be there when i need it and for just the peace of mind, these folks did an absolute spot on job! Owner and employee lied and the mechanic is inept…read more DO NOT USE THEM - SCAM Owner lied when she said they would look at it in a couple days. Three week of non-returned phone calls, I was force to drive to their location to find out. The employee said the mechanic needs to replace the carburetor and give him a week to complete the job. LIES... No one ever returned a single phone call - worst customer service ever!!! The owner LIED to my face a second time: I drove to their premises and the owner was there. She assured me the mechanic would have it fixed by the end of the week. EIGHT WEEKS later I was able to retrieve my UN-REPAIRED leaf blower. Final NOTE: Their mechanic is INEPT!!!! I took my leaf blower to another repair business. They had it serviced within a week. Their repair person said the leaf blower needed the correct spark plug and did a simple carburetor adjustment. Outdoor Equipment Repair mechanic wanted to replace the carburetor and a bunch of possibly costly things probably just to charge more!!! SCAM - They just took my deposit and did nothing except lie and wasted my time.
