We were thrilled to see LoveSac's newest feature--the recliner--which my husband immediately fell in love with! This Leesburg location is by far 100 times better in service. The displays are clean and prominent. You can get your step goals here if you are walking the aisles looking for the ideal floor, tile, vanity and backsplash. Staff is super friendly. Even in the early morning hours, a cashier is friendly and greets us. A special shout out to the designer, Amy. She has helped us twice in the past week. She has an eye for style and can help with the trends. She walked the aisles with us showing us the various tiles and decor. My husband and I are renovating our guest and kids' bathrooms, and Amy was truly fantastic to work with. She was patient, thoughtful, and really creative, and she quickly understood what I was going for--something elevated but still within a budget. She had seen me working with other designers in the store before and clearly picked up on my style and preferences. Amy helped me find beautiful marble along with really complementary floor and niche tiles at great prices, and she even helped make some deals work. She genuinely has a great eye and comes up with tile combinations that feel intentional and a little different. Bryce was also great. After a frustrating earlier experience where a designer didn't send me my designs and then left the job--wasting time and setting things back--Bryce went out of his way to help turn that experience around. He was kind, responsive, and very focused on making sure I walked away feeling good about the store and my experience. He also helped make pricing work on some closeout tiles, which I really appreciated. I've spent at least six or seven hours in this store over the past few weeks, and everyone I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. If you're looking for strong design help, good pricing, and people who genuinely care about customer experience, this location is absolutely worth visiting.

Aghast, irate, and scammed. Nice place, promotional offers…read moreare scams. Between extra fees & abrupt rent increases, their costs are hidden and deceitful until it's too late. Wonderful, simple, clean storage facility. HOWEVER they're rents are higher than norm, so they often attract customers via "exclusive" or "online rental" offers that are much lower for the first year that turn out to be crooked. It's expensive to set up (around $200+ for a "$56" unit as first month payment), but I thought it would be worth it soon enough. Then once you've had enough time to move everything in, they send a notice that the promotional period is over (3-4mths), your rent is no longer fixed but determined on a month to month basis, and you now owe rent higher than even the standard rate. So now at the start of month 4, I've paid in app. $500 for 3mths of a $56 unit, and am being told my rent is going from 56 to 130 for a 5x10, after only 3mths.

I took their advice and carried both large lamps for repair. What a find! The owners have been in business for over two decades and relocated from Northern Virginia and both husband and wife were personable and at the same time business-like. He took one look and said I can stablize them, give them new harps and shine the brass fittings. After two weeks, the shop called and I returned to find my lamps in beautiful restored condition. He had even made some changes to the bases which made them more stable as he said they were irreplaceable. The store is filled with many expensive lamps and glass shades going back many decades. If I have any other lamps that need adjustment or repair...he is the ONLY business that I will patronize...period.

After my initial review, I was contacted by a manager to schedule a meeting at the store, regarding my experience. The manager was sincerely interested and respectful of my concerns. My feet were measured again and the initial inserts were no longer suitable. The manager explained the program is an ongoing process that requires a commitment to periodically check in at the store. Adjustments may be necessary to receive the maximum benefit. I was given a revised set of inserts to take home and try, following the program to a T. There was a noticeable positive difference this time, with my right foot. My left foot has had numerous toe and foot surgeries plus ankle fractures. Due to my unique history, questions would have provided the information necessary to ascertain whether I was a suitable candidate. What did impress me the most was the manager's eagerness to take the time to address and try to rectify my situation. Going forward, I appreciated the opportunity I was given to better experience a more positive outcome.
