We were able to select the color and distress options, decided to pay in full, and were told it would take roughly four weeks to deliver. We received a phone call about two and a half weeks later saying the tables were in and ready to be picked up. The tables were very attractive and well made. We are very happy with them. The grain of the wood stands out beautifully. Both times we were at the store, for purchase and pickup, we were offered a free pumpkin or mum to take home with us if we'd like. We both agree we will definitely come back here to purchase more furniture as time goes on. The quality of the pieces stand out, they are handmade by individuals in this country, and the prices are very reasonable compared to what you'd pay at a traditional furniture store, especially since they are solid wood and not veneer. As they were writing up the order they told us there was a mistake - that the salesman had not included the price of the headrest on the loveseat. It would be an additional $350.00. We said, "since it was your mistake, please waive it - the salesman saw us trying out the loveseat with the headrest..." Their response: "No, we won't waive it or even lower it. Calls and emails to Consignment Solutions went unanswered so we visited the shop and spoke directly to the owner. After meeting with her, we were confident that their Leesburg Pike address meant this would be an ideal location for selling. We're not new to consigning. Yes, we read the Agreement before even visiting the store. We paid the owner recommended moving company $300 for pick up and delivery to the shop, Several days after the delivery we called the store for an update. Only then did we receive one email stating the following:  "The list shows the date the items went on the sales floor, the item numbers, a description of each, the starting price of each, and the status of each (none has sold; all are available for sale). 4/8/2025  - Dining Set / RndBevGlassTopTbl/4Chrs, $799.00, Available 4/8/2025, - Chair / Metal Chair & Footstool, $299.00, Available 4/8/2025, - Chair / Metal Reclining Lounger, $299.00, Available 4/8/2025, - Table / RndBevelGlassTopEndTbl, $199.00, Available 4/8/2025, - Table / RectBevelGlassTopEndTbl, $199.00, Available Please refer to our Consignment Agreement and Policy for information on our markdown schedule, special sales, and the sharing of proceeds from sales." Did the owner, her friends, or one of the sales people get a great deal?  We were never told that the owner decided to have a one-day, 50% off patio furniture sale that included our newly listed items. During a store visit two weeks later we were simply told that our items had sold and that we'd receive the check from the sale the next month. All the other outdoor furniture on the floor at the time we first visited remained unsold. Strange. Seems ours was the only furniture that sold at 50% off. Today, two months later we received a check for $431. Do the math.We've been robbed!!

Wife and I visited the store in Alexandria to try it out - it passed the sit test, so we pulled the trigger. Gus arranged to have our old sofa removed for a very reasonable fee. Delivery / removal day went off without a hitch, just over a week from placing our order. Luis and Bryan were super professional - disassembling our Ekornes to ensure it would fit through our narrow stairway, and carefully hauling our new sofa up said stairway without a scratch.
