He showed me different mattresses until I found one that suited my needs and my price range. I needed something firm but not too firm, I cant do memory foam (back problems) so he recommended something in between. I knew it was the right mattress from the moment I layed down on it. Firm but not to firm, soft but not too soft. Navid was very helpful and also hooked up the delivery, I was unable to make the first date so the dispatch was able to fit me in 2 days later with a 3hr window. The mattress came as expected with no stains or defects. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Sold us a $1400 mattress that ended up being terrible and when we tried to exchange it on a different mattress, we ended up having to spend an additional $800 for the right to exchange. The one time he was out, Tharindu (salesman) filled in and was also friendly and easy to work with. Also, the delivery/haul off team has been flawless. They are prompt, fast, efficient, and careful. Lastly, the 120-day return/exchange policy is completely legitimate. I originally bought a Medium mattress and used for 80+ days, which was comfortable but started to give me lower back pain due to lack of support. I had absolutely no problems returning the bed and getting a new Firm mattress. They came within a few days, delivered the new Firm mattress, and hauled off the used Medium mattress. It is really nice to see a company operate as this one does.

It is stunning how much bed technology has changed since our last bed purchase. He showed us that we had spent years sleeping on a bed that was too firm for "side sleepers", and that we should try medium firm. The results were eye opening. Their pricing is very competitive and the buying experience is thankfully simple. Our new mattress, foundation and frame arrived on time within the scheduled window, and the truck tracking and pre-arrival phone call worked just as advertised. Set up and removal took less than a half hour, and the delivery team was efficient and careful - no marred walls or scratched floors. It has been less than a week since the new bed arrived, and so far it is living up to our high expectations.

I was really excited about the deep discounts on the sale price, so we were eager to get the mattress. Firas was our mattress expert, and he was determined to provide a high-quality service in case anything should go wrong with the delivery or product. Well, come delivery day, the DELIVERY was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, likely just a bad 3rd party that Mattress Firm uses, and no reflection of my sales team at the store. The delivery team was RUDE and wanted to be out of our house as quickly as possible. They brought the new mattress in and removed the old one, as required, but then, when they went to bring in the base, the box was noticeably damaged and punctured. The delivery team said this "was not a big deal and happens all the time ... it will work fine." We opened the box and found there to be rips and tears all over the base, which they insisted was fine. The delivery team also set up the base and took the extra pieces with them after I had instructed them to be left with us in case we needed to adjust the height. They were visibly angry that this was not a quick drop-off for them, despite the damaged merchandise, which I had every right to refuse delivery of, since I did not purchase damaged merchandise. I quickly called Shawn (in front of the delivery team), the Assistant Store Manager at my Mattress Firm location, explained, and Firas was off that day, so not able to resolve our issue directly. With some conversation, Shawn was able to resolve our issue and arrange for the base to be swapped at no charge to us. The new base arrived in excellent condition and worked exactly as intended. Shawn and Firas were FANTASTIC and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making this situation right.

At the time of purchase, they sold me a 5-year protection plan for an additional $199.00. Recently, I experienced a technical issue and contacted the warranty company, Montage. That's when I discovered that although Campos Furniture charged me for the protection plan, they never actually activated it. As a result, I have no coverage at all. To make matters worse, their Dulles Mall location has closed, their phone number is disconnected, and they are not responding to emails. This is completely unacceptable and feels like fraud. They charged me for a service that apparently never existed. I am seriously considering filing a court claim to recover my money.

ITEM IN QUESTION: A hydraulic lift bed. One can access a storage compartment by lifting the mattress and slatted frame. WHAT HAPPENED: Shortly after purchase, the bed's support structure failed causing the mattress to collapse into the storage area at the foot of the bed. CAMPOS' RESPONSE: See attached photo. For the 2nd repair, Campos sent a handyman who was not provided with spare parts. Upon failing to straighten the center cross bar of the bed frame with a hammer, he resorted to salvaging disused lumber from a nearby construction zone. He then cut the wood to size and affixed to the cross bar in order to prop up/keep the mattress level. We are now almost one year post purchase, Campos is making it almost impossible to get ahold of representatives, and we've had a 3rd breakdown of the unit - likely as a result of the first two shoddy repairs. Both Campos and the Manufacturer/Distributor Elements International out of TX have given us the runaround in an attempt to run out the clock on the warranty. Both say a resolution is the responsibility of the other party.
