Ok, but that chair ended up with a permanently bent leg soon after. Now the back of the couch is badly bowed in so that the cushions can't line up. We are gentle with our furniture and fussy about them, so this surprised me! Also the Sunbrella cushions are water stained. Did they even put the correct covers on? How can they stain when I wash them??? I thought La-z-boy was supposed to be quality- now I know they're just expensive.

I specifically told the sales rep that I did not want to take the rug with me and that I wanted it delivered with the furniture. When I called in inquire about the missing item, I was not only met with dismissive behavior from the staff, but was told that the rep was on the floor and too busy to talk to me, she had other customers. When I spoke with the rep today (I had to escalate to get a response, no one called me back the next day), she told me she was not even there that day. The rep was also defensive instead of exhibiting professional customer service behavior. I do want to commend the delivery team, they were courteous and professional, and I appreciate their service. However, the sales and follow-up was extremely disappointing. When I tried to share my frustration with any of the staff, they began to be defensive and did not listen to my concerns. Now I have to take another day out of my schedule for another delivery. The clear message is that the customer is not important and just has to deal with this type of service, which is unfortunate.

October 8, 2023…read more Transaction number 8233 I normally wouldn't email the CEO of a company on a Sunday but I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the following store number: 81375 I bought a storage container and when I got home immediately noticed there was a crack and brought it back for an exchange the same day. An African American woman named according to her Bran working on 10/8/23 at 2:17 pm rudely interrupted my transaction to tell me that she couldn't return it because I hadn't been broken when I left. She didn't handle my first transaction nor I had I ever seen or spoken to her before. But she proceeded to call me dishonest over something I simply hadn't noticed. I was not asking for a refund but simply an exchange as I needed the item. I shop here all the time and she was so rude and unprofessional that even the sales girl apologized for her behavior. But the sticking point for me was her calling me a dishonest person. Even if she said, the policy was to not accept returns it would have been handled better. We were missing all of the hardware missing shelves and also missing the glass doors. We were also quoted kitchen cabinets without handles. I'm not sure how that makes any sense. We were also shorted cabinet handles and still can't get the correct amount. I have sent several emails about one missing handle and cannot get a response. Kingston Zhang was our point of contact. He is very incompetent at his job and we feel like he does not care about the finished result. Would highly recommend using another company.
