Ok, but that chair ended up with a permanently bent leg soon after. Now the back of the couch is badly bowed in so that the cushions can't line up. We are gentle with our furniture and fussy about them, so this surprised me! Also the Sunbrella cushions are water stained. Did they even put the correct covers on? How can they stain when I wash them??? I thought La-z-boy was supposed to be quality- now I know they're just expensive.

Due to my husband's condition he using this chair everyday as it is his sanctuary. Zachery listened to me and then went up and beyond to resolve my issue.
