I found Furniture House on Yelp, so we decided to make the drive out to Manassas. We were NOT disappointed! We were greeted at the door by the owner, Maged, who was not at all pushy, but instead encouraged us to look around and promised he would get us a good deal. When we didn't find what we were looking for, he sent us 2 minutes down the road to his other store. There, we found exactly what we wanted--a Jackson Furniture L-shaped sectional (sturdy and American-made) under our budget. Maged insisted on covering shipping costs for us and told us to expect our new couch in 8 weeks. It arrived in less than a month! We now have the most comfortable sofa on the planet and we can't stop lounging on it (or bragging about it) :) Bottom line: Maged provided exceptional customer service and bent over backwards to get us what we were looking for at a good price.
