If you glance away momentarily - you'll miss the sign and entrance for his place. It's the same entrance for "Framing by Cyndy." You go through the door and descend a stairway - Black Horse Gallery is to the left right before the entrance to "Framing by Cyndy." I met the gentleman running the place - very nice man. The place has an array of historical and military-based framed and unframed artwork from the Revolutionary War onward. There are some gorgeous pieces here - I felt like they were reasonably priced! My Christmas present from my Mom this past Christmas was dressing up the windows in my kitchen. So…read morewe had Warrenton Decor come out and look over the windows, take measurements, select a fabric and style - and get a quote. I decided to go for valances over the two windows - instead of curtains. I also had her price out a new curtain rod for the window in the dining room - that curtain rod had snapped and fallen of the wall due to the mounting hardware being inadequate to hold the weight of the curtain (the place that sold me the curtains and installed them has since gone out of business). Dawn brought in a ton of fabric sample books. I was having a hard time selecting something - nothing really resonated with me. I asked if there were any other fabric options? She brought one more book in from her car and Bingo! This one pattern immediately sang to me! So my Mom made the arrangements, a few weeks later the valances were completed and ready to install - they came out and installed them and they look really nice. The quality of the work is quite good. Additionally, the installed the new curtain rod and mounting hardware - this time that curtain is going nowhere! The rod and mounting hardware closely match the color scheme I have going in my dining room/living room - so Dawn did good! Dawn, the owner of Warrenton Decor really knows her stuff! Check them out!

Store# 8552 Pathetic Management and Total Lack of Leadership…read more This store is a complete joke, and management is the biggest problem. The employees are clearly there just to collect a paycheck, and it's easy to see why--there's zero accountability. Management is completely checked out. The store manager is useless, and the so-called "managers" under them do absolutely nothing because no one is making them do their jobs. It's a free-for-all of laziness and incompetence. Policies? They don't matter here. Open bags of mulch, soil, and rock in the garden center are supposed to be sold at 50% off, yet no one enforces it. Cashiers don't care, supervisors look the other way, and management couldn't care less. It's a complete failure from the top down. This place is a shining example of what happens when leadership doesn't lead. Pathetic.
