Their dwellings were apt to become rather crowded with mathoms, and many of the presents that passed from hand to hand were of that sort." In the back of the place is a Chocolate Shop. I decided to get a half pound of the Chocolate covered peanut clusters - and while I was waiting for the lady to weigh out my treasure - I found a Birthday Card that made me laugh out loud - so I bought it as well. The prospective customer base for the items she sells is extraordinarily passionate about ornaments and inquisitive about their provenance; however, it is quite clear that she doesn't understand these customers nor the questions they ask at all. I am all about supporting local businesses so I wanted to remain within a 30 mile radius of my home which is in Warrenton. Jenn and Erin were so laid back and enjoyable to work with I felt as if I knew them forever. They really listened to what I wanted and even though she had to special order a few florals for my bouquet she never left a moment of doubt in my mind. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for, we talked about the colors and I felt I trusted her enough to do her her job. It was a very quick appointment. When I received the flowers the day before the wedding I was in awe and everyone complimented them and the mothers and sisters were delighted to wear their corsages since they were made on actual bracelets and not those elastic and metal corsage pieces. At the last minute I asked if she could also make my boutonnières and she did so and quickly. I emailed her a picture and they turned out far better than what I had imagined. On top of the wonderful floral experience, their shop is so homey, she carries a few things from other local vendors, one of them being a jeweler. She shared the jewelry makers information and I ended up having her make my husbands wedding band...remember all local. The only thing I wish is that they did tele-flora or FTD because I trust them so much, I would like to order all my flower needs for local or out of state through them.
